Melwood's Family

Chapter 9

Melissa's POV
     We met the photographer at the park and got started with taking photos. We started with Avery so she would be cute. She took some of her playing in the leaves and throwing them everywhere. She had some with a sign to. One that said I am the baby but not for long and other cute ones. We had one where we were all running and the sign said wait for me guys. We also took some traditional ones to. The girls each had individual photos and they did some with all the girls and some with each parent. The last photos we did were Anna and Izzy. We caught them just playing and she took a bunch of photos. There are a few with them play with Avery and one of my favorites was the one with Anna sitting in a pile of leaves and Izzy has her head on her lap. The pictures turned out great and we were about done. Avery was asleep on Chris' shoulder and we got a picture of that to. I love my family so much. The day was almost perfect. The paparazzi caught wind of us taking pictures and they came to get pictures to, but the security guards Chris and I hired put a stop to that quickly. My favorite picture by far was when we had the girls line up and Alexa held Avery. Chris and I stood on the other side and we made the girls turn around. We got a few pictures with them turned around and then we had them turn around and they read the sign. The sign read Two new additions due February. With a picture of the ultrasound next to it. I was just looking through some when Chris closed my laptop.
Melissa: Hey I was looking through those.
Chris: They will still be there tomorrow and we need to shower. Avery cried in my hair and  you haven't showered in two days and those babies prefer to be clean.
Melissa: Fine, but after we are going to bed after deal. Before we get in the shower I am going to check on Avery.
Chris: I will meet you in the room.
     He kissed me and I knew this day couldn't get any better. We went to bed and slept till morning. We have a week until Comic-Con and I know Mel is stressed about that along with the interview on the Ellen show tomorrow.
The Next Day
Melissa's POV
     We have to be on set for the Ellen Show at noon and I am glad for that. Avery needs to sleep and honestly so do I. The girls asked us if they could walk to the coffee shop and get coffee. I am hesitant to let them go because of the paparazzi, but they have to leave the nest at some point. When the girls leave the house they each have a security detail. Today because the older girls and Chris are going they took three guards with them. I got up and started to plan outfits for today when Avery woke up. We made pancakes for breakfast and watched The Flash. When you ask her who her favorite superhero is she says The Flash because Uncle Grant told her to say that. Her favorite female superhero is Aunt Sarah or the White Canary. She is so cute when she says it so of course I video taped it and put it on Instagram tagging Grant Gustin and Caity Lotz. When the guys got back from coffee we started the showers and then headed to the Ellen Show.
