Chris' POV
I woke up to Mel taking Avery to the bathroom and then putting her back on my chest to go back to sleep.
Melissa: Good morning Ashton knows about the baby and we can't hide it for long I think we should tell them soon once Anna wakes up.
Chris: Speaking of Anna how is she doing.
Melissa: They just lightened her sedation I think we should just talk to her first in case she doesn't remember much and if she is in a lot of pain.
Chris: Your right we should head over now let me if I can shift her.
Melissa: Just bring her the only way to see if she remembers anything is to bring something she should remember.
Chris: Okay.
We headed into Anna's room and she was just about to wake up.
Chris: Hi Anna I'm Chris and this is Melissa. You were in a car crash a few days ago and you are now in the hospital.
Anna: Avery how are you.
Avery: I'm okay mommy and daddy have been taking care of me and our sisters.
Anna: Mom and dad?
Melissa: Yes honey your parents died in the accident and we adopted you and your sisters yesterday.
Anna: Are they okay?
Chris: Yes they are okay. Do you want us to bring them in here?
Anna: Yes please.

I sat Avery next to Anna and Mel I went to go get Ashton and Alexa. When we got back they were all excited to talk to each other.
Melissa: Chris and I have something to tell you guys.
Alexa: What is it?
Melissa: I am pregnant and the baby is due late February.
Anna: Really no way.
Chris: Yeah.

We all hugged each other then the doctor came in.
Dr. Ross: So guys I have good news. You can go home today and that includes you Anna, but your valve is still a little on the shaky side and with all your injuries plus the fact that it could fail anytime we recommend you get a service dog. It will be able to detect anything that changes and can alert you to any thing. Also since you will probably be sensitive to loud noises and crashing when that happens it will no how to help you. Here are a few organizations that help with that and I was actually told that there was a dog that is available and is trained in what you need to do. The only thing is that you would have to stay here for a week so it can train to your scent. I will have a nurse in a minute so you guys can sign the discharge papers.
Melissa: Okay thank you.
Anna: WOW that is a lot of information but I think it will be fun.

A week later

Anna's POV
I met my service dog a few days ago and today I got her forever. Her name is Izzy and she is adorable. We are headed to the airport to head home. We got there an hour and a half early because there are six of us and a service dog this time. When we get to the entrance there is paparazzi waiting to take pictures of us and I could tell Avery was scared. I gave her my sun glasses and Melissa gave me hers. They followed us through baggage claim and Avery had switched from moms arms to dads arms. She still had the casts on for 7 more weeks and she can't walk so she has to be carried. I can't carry her because I can't lift anything over 20 pounds. When we get to Vancouver mom, dad, and I have to go meet with the producers of supergirl and get my script. When we got past security we were out of sight of the paparazzi and Avery started to calm down. We just got off the plane and it is about 4:00 pm. When we were leaving the airport there was more paparazzi and I was annoyed with them. But Izzy helped me stay calm and we successfully made it back to the house. We ordered pizza and went to bed in our half finished house. We bought the house two days before we got here and some of the cast from the show helped move the boxes to the house.
Melissa's POV
We just put everybody to bed and Chris and I were now sitting on the couch that looked tiny in this giant house. It has 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Each bedroom has an on suite and then there is a bathroom on each floor. I just received a text from my manager saying that she wants us to do a few interviews in a months time to explain our family and I said yes. I knew they wouldn't go away so I just accepted. At about ten Chris and I went to bed to get ready to see the producers tomorrow and go shopping with my girls. Izzy, Drift, and Farley all slept with Anna so we didn't have to put the dogs in there kennels.
