Chapter 22

Anna's POV

     Sam helped me put on my suit and made sure it fit right. We went to the main part of the trailer and Jack was sitting on the sofa.

Jack: Took you long enough.

Anna: Shut up.

Sam: Jack you are good to go. 

Anna: Thanks Sam.

Sam: Okay go love birds. Anna your parents are next and I don't think you want them to know about this yet.

Jack: Okay Sam we are leaving. 

Anna: Can we go to craft services? I didn't get to eat breakfast.

Jack: Good idea because I didn't get to eat either.

Anna: Goodbye Sam.

Sam: Have fun love birds.

     We went to craft services and got some breakfast. I got a donut and some fruit and Jack got a donut and cereal.

Jack: Really fruit. Going healthy?

Anna: Nope just really like pineapple.

     Jack laughed at me and then we went to set. He pulled out his phone and started a video for instagram. 

Jack: Anna where are we going?

Anna: To set for a photoshoot.

Jack: I hate photos.

Anna: Oh you hate seeing all your friends.

Jack: No that is the only good part about this, and Grant and David and really funny.

Anna: We are here. Put the video away.

Jack: Yeah yeah. Let's go.

     We walked in to the set and there was leather upon leather. The technicians were setting up the wires that they were gonna hang us from.

Jack: Are those the wires they are going to use to make you fly. 

Anna: Yeah. They will hook me up to a harness that will slip on underneath the skirt. Then they will take me up, up, and away.

Jack: Do not say that ever again.

Anna: What you didn't like my joke. 

Jack: It was not funny.

Anna: Okay I need to eat before they put me up.

Jack: Who all is going up?

Anna: I don't know? They are setting up five wires.

Jack: So five people are going up in wires.

Anna: Or as I like to say up, up, and away.

     Jack laughed at my joke and then we found our chairs and ate our food. In the middle of talking to Jack I got a text message from Chyler.

Chyler: You guys are so cute.

Anna: Chyler stop. We are just friends.

Chyler: He is hardcore flirting with you. 

Anna: Chyler stop.

      In the middle texting with Chyler I got called to be put up in my wires.

Brandon: How long is she going to be up there.

Alex: Hopefully not longer than an hour and a half before we start the shoot.

Franz: Why are you putting her up differently?

Alex: She is five years younger than all of you. Her body can handle the stress. So she will just dangle up there and we will bring you guys up and down. Okay Anna are you ready?

Anna: Let's do this. Can I say it?

Alex: You have my permission.

Anna: Up, up and away.

     I felt the wires attached to my waist tighten then my feet were off the ground and I was in the air. I grabbed the wires and steadied myself in the air. Over the intercom I heard Alex ask for quiet on set.

Alex: Quiet on set. We have people in the air. How you doing Anna?

Anna: Good I'm steady.

Alex: Great. Franz we are putting you up next.

      Over the next hour they put four other people in the air. 

Alex: How are we guys.

Everyone: Good.

Alex: Okay Kate I am handing this operation over to you.

Kate: I want Caity Lots here. Grant stand here. Stephan you are in the middle. Melissa stand here. We will photo shop you in later. Ruby you are on the other side of Melissa.

     They placed about 80 more people then they touched up all the makeup including everybody that is brought up and down. The last person they touched up was me. I was brought down and then we were all put back up again. We took pictures for the next thirty minutes and then they brought everyone down. I was unhooked from the wires and took the harness off. I went with my mom to craft services and we got lunch then sat in the Supergirl trailer together.

Melissa: So your dad and I have been looking at baby items.

Anna: Cool. Did you find anything you like?

Melissa: We did let me show you the idea we have for the cribs.

     Mom pulled out her laptop and pulled up a website for the babies.

Melissa: This is what we thought about for the cribs.

Anna: They hang from the ceiling?

Melissa: They are called floating bassinets. They go into the ceiling and are completely safe.

Anna: I like the boho theme.

Melissa: I think that is the theme we are gonna go for. 

Anna: I like that it is not overly pink.

Melissa: Yeah we did not want the room to look like pink threw up all over. 

Anna: When are they going to get to the house?

Melissa: We have ordered all the furniture and everything the babies need. We had a lot of time after the red carpet party while we were waiting for you to get back to the hotel.

Anna: When are you guys going to set up the nursery?

Melissa: We are going to try to get it done before you and your father go back to work in a few weeks.

Anna: So are you guys going to start when we get back to Vancouver?

Melissa: Yeah we still need to pick out the paint, but we have a good idea of what we want.

Anna: It feels much more real now that everything is coming together.

     We were still in the trailer when we heard gunshots coming closer.
