Chapter 39

Anna's POV

     I had a slight concussion and was fine, but because I am on a TV show they have to be extra careful. We were back on set and I was still out for the day. I watched them shoot the big fight scene and when they were done they funneled people through hair and makeup to get all undone from the day. We were at the hotel and going to dinner in a few minutes. I was sitting downstairs early waiting for Jack before we had to get back on the bus.

Jack: Hey I'm sorry I'm late. Stephan threatened me and then I was late.

Anna: It's fine we have ten minutes before we have to be back on the bus.

Jack: Okay I wanted to give you something.

     He walked me to the garden around the back of the hotel. The press was waiting outside so we made our way back sneakily. Once we were back there we started walking through the garden until we found a bench that was private.

Jack: Here open it.

Anna: Okay?

     He handed me a velvet box and when I opened it I was shocked.

Jack: It is the date of our first date.

Anna: It is beautiful. Thank you.

Jack: Turn around.

     He clipped the necklace around my neck and then I turned back towards him and kissed him passionately.

Jack: Wow.

Anna: *Giggle* Come on we have to go.

     We made our way back in the hotel and everyone was in the lobby. We walked out to the bus and I was still holding Jack's hand when the flashing intensified I knew they caught us although we went public earlier today. We got on the bus and made our way to the restaurant. We had a reservation for about fifty people and we pretty much cleared out the restaurant. There were about 25 other people in the restaurant eating and we must of looked like a football team coming through the doors. We got seated and then ordered our food. We were about halfway through the night when Jack and I decided to duck out. Dinner was fun, but ice cream was so much better. We got ice cream from my favorite place and then walked to the lake.

Jack: I like dinner with the cast, but ice cream with you is so much better.

Anna: You're sweet. I wish we could just be normal sometimes.

Jack: I know, but if we were both normal we probably wouldn't have met each other.

Anna: Come on let's go sit by the lake.

     We went to sit by the lake and just enjoy the sunset. I was totally in love with him and I knew it.

Jack: Hey do you want to go to prom with me?

Anna: Don't I have to be going to school there?

Jack: Not when your boyfriend is me.

Anna: Yes I would love to.

Jack: So there is a party the weekend after we get back and I was wondering if you wanted to go?

Anna: You mean meet your friends and their girlfriends?

Jack: Yeah.

Anna: I will be there.

Jack: It is actually close to your house so we can walk.

Anna: Sounds perfect. Come on we have to leave now if we are going to make it back just before the bus leaves.

    He stood up and reached for my hand and we started to walk back.

Anna: Oh wait we need a picture to announce our relationship. Here.

     I had him walk ahead of me and turn around with the ice cream containers in his hands. I took a picture and posted it on instagram captioning it " I love ice cream dates with him". We walked back to the restaurant and got on the bus to go back to the hotel that night. I got a good night text from him and then was out. The next morning we were on set again, but this time Jack and I had to do interviews with a few outlets one being EW. I was in my suit and Jack was also in his suit then we played a few games and answered a few questions before we gave them a tour.

Leanne: Hey guys today I'm joined by Anna Wood and Jack Moore. Anna plays Alura on Supergirl and Jack you play young William Clayton on Arrow. How are you guys?

Jack: We're great.

Anna: Yeah it is amazing to be here filming this huge crossover.

Leanne: Right we are on the sets of this years crossover which is a first for both of you. How does it feel to be apart of the crossover this year?

Anna: It's surreal. When you get casted on one of these shows you are thrown into a universe where everyone cares for you and will support you at any time.

Jack: Yeah it's different. I have played William for a few years now, but it's different shooting the crossover because of how huge it is.

Leanne: It is huge. How many sets do you have running at a single time?

Jack: Yesterday at one point they had 3 big sets going at the same time.

Leanne: So we are going to play a game and see how many Superheroes we can find on set now.

Anna: Yeah. I think we have about six sets going on right now so we should be able to find almost everyone.

     We found almost everyone and then we had a break before we shot the next video.

Leanne: I wanted to say congratulations on your relationship.

Anna: Thanks.

Jack: Thank you.

Leanne: Okay lets finish this next video. Hey Superfans I'm Leanne and with me today I have Anna Wood and Jack Moore. We are going on a behind the scenes tour of the set for the crossover.

Anna: Come on.

Jack: We call this the trailer yard because it holds all the trailers for each actor. 

Leanne: Does each actor get there own trailer?

Anna: When we are shooting on set where we normally do we all have our own, but in this instance they double you up. 

Jack: I share one with Stephan and David.

Anna: I share one with my parents, but if you walk around you will find Caity, Candice, and Emily all in one.

Leanne: So we are outside of the essential trailers.

Jack: Yep the essential trailers are hair and makeup, stunts, costume, harness, and prosthetics.

Anna: Everything needed to make us look great or for stunts is located around here. 

Jack: To the right is craft services which can also be found on every set we are about to visit.

Anna: So they have one on location, but they are running five more at the warehouse.

Leanne: What are they shooting at the warehouse?

Jack: Any thing from green-screen to actually being on a set.

Anna: They are about to start on this set and if we be quiet we can catch a little sneak peek.

     We finished the video with Leanne and then went on set for our scenes.
