Love is not just about the act of your heart thundering within your chest when you see that special someone,

Love is not just about holding hands together, giving kisses to your significant other and treasure them with more care than you would do when you hold a gem,

In fact, love is much more than that; love is universal.

If you wonder why you have not found love yet; trust me love is everywhere because love is not always about finding someone who will love you truly.

It's hard to find that significant other and some people might even give up looking; but again, love can be anything and is easy to be found.

So, she asked some people whom she met, she asked them "What is love to you?"

And she received beautiful answers.

For a fisherman whom she met love is the adrenaline rushing within him mixed with enthusiasm when the water splashes vigorously showing that the fish has been lured by the bait,

For a photographer whom she met love is when the pictures he took are greatly appreciated by his customers and that their satisfying smiles will certainly entertain him for weeks,

For a teacher whom she met love is a special gift that can surprise people even better than birthday gifts,

For a female student whom she met love is when her boyfriend reassures her that everyday the sun will always be bright, yet she will be brighter,

For a grandmother whom she met love is, other than seeing her grandchildren running in the house, love is when she realises that despite her age reaching its peak, she is happy with her life knowing that she has done all of the things she wanted to achieve back in her younger years,

For a middle-aged woman whom she met love is when she sees her one and only son discovering new opportunities to continue the adventure he has been embarked on,

For an uncle whom she met love is when he puts the label 'OPEN' in front of his small store and begins counting the money he has received since seeing them thickening and increasing each day resembles his hard effort,

For a little boy whom she met love is when his parents take him back home from school because he misses them,

For a gamer whom she met love is when he experiences himself playing another role, a better version of himself, when he plays the character in the game since he could feel a brand-new world which never bores him,

For a father whom she met love is when his family is all stable and happy,

For a painter whom she met love is exactly when a drop of colour merges well with another colour to create a new colour, such a magical phenomenon to create life,

For a dancer whom she met love is simply when his body curves and meanders to the music and he is proud knowing that he is unique,

For a writer whom she met love is when her words describe things that are impossible for her mouth to say,

And for her, she cannot find love by looking for someone to love her till death separates them, but to her; love is when she writes.

And she wishes she would realise that sooner.

See? Love is not limited by the general meaning of 'love'. Just remember that love is beyond limitations and it carries a whole lot of different definitions; but again, your definition of love depends on you.
