As we grow up,
The state of being envious will
be a close friend and enemy
that will tend to daunt us
so we succumb to our feet begging
for a rewind of time
till our regrets are erased.
As we grow up,
things can differ from how
they define themselves either as
problems or fortunes
and we have our own rights to
choose whether to be heroic or rebellious
And what we do today will show its colours tomorrow.
As we grow up,
it will seem like the hardships of life
tend to grow larger in number
than the joys in life
but please do not forget that
whenever you are faced by a challenge
regardless of how big or small it is
you are on the right path if you are a warrior
As we grow up,
the tendency to give up is always
haunting no matter how competitive
we are
there will always be times when the
gravity feels harder and the ground
breaking louder
but certainly you will evolve stronger
As we grow up,
stay tight to your beliefs and faith
seek true paths with your own ways
forgiving and loving with limits
yet do not hold grudges for too long
yet do not let the sadness accompanies you for too long
just believe that one day you will be
given the power you deserve and need
only time can tell but surely it will come
As we grow up,
problems tend to increase and bloom brighter than the sun itself
life can be so devastating but remember
the less you feed on tears
the more you will gain through smiling
the less you scream on the scars,
the more you will gain through fighting
As we grow up,
if you have been in love before
and none of them work in
the definition of true love
just believe that a one true love
will only come to you at the time
you do not expect it to come
because a true love is special in its own case and way
And lastly,
As we grow up,
life is like a game
and there will always be two choices
whether to continue the game
or to end the game
then always remember to just choose to continue the game and stay like that for eternal
this book is about to reach its end yet the words remain in us
-life might be torturing you but trust me it is training you to face the future better-
