The bony orbs were the result of the condensation of multiple horns from the fortisians. Once the horns were placed under pressure, they could produce a liquid that could instantly heal any wound and strengthen a body's durability. This liquid was present in only small amounts per horn and if not for becoming an energy lifeform himself, Kian wouldn't be able to detect their presence.
Kian took bony orb placed on the floor and held it into his hand. He then took a vial and held it close to orb.
After that, he pointed his finger into the orb and then with all his might, he shot a burst of psyche energy concentrated at a small point. The psyche energy passed through the hard structure and hit the white liquid within.
The next moment, the white liquid was forced outside the orb and entered the small vial Kian held with his other hand. When hit by the light, it glistened like a crystal.
Kian placed the vial on the ground and sealed it before he proceeded to do the same thing towards the other bony orbs.
After an hour had passed, there were already more than ten vials filled with the white liquid. Kian took one and held it with his hand.
"I wonder if it's really effective. If I does then I wouldn't have to worry about the heat from outside." He murmured befote he opened the vial's seal.
After he took a deep breath, he gulped a little bit of the contents inside. Nothing happened after a few seconds had passed.
Just as he was about to give up, a small ache spread rumors his stomach then throughout his body. He couldn't help but fold his hands to his abdomen to endure the pain.
Soon however, Kia was already on the floor, wide eyed and sweat flowing from every part of his body. He was under such extreme pain that he wasn't even able to scream.
It didn't last for too much though. A comfortable heat replaced the pain and his breathing turned back to normal. He didn't mutter any word for a while.
"T-that was too reckless!" Kian released a huge sigh and sat up.
"Did something change?" He slowly clenched his fist but nothing felt different.
With furrowed eyebrows, he raised his fist and then pounded the floor. There was a loud sound that rang inside the room.
Kian's eyebrows shot up. It was not because of the strong impact he did but because he barely felt any pain. Moreover, there wasn't even any damage or bruise on his skin.
"Amazing! And that's only a small portion of the vial!" He exclaimed.
After his theory had been proven, Kian didn't waste anymore time and continued drinking the contents of the vial.
By the time he was done, he could already feel immense strength overflowing within his body. Although it wasn't as strong as a fortisian, it was enough to travel across the desert-like world of the current Earth without any protective equipment or heavy clothes.
He drank a few more of the white liquid from the other vial's but found that there was barely any effect to his body anymore. It seems it wasn't effective for his body anymore unless he drank an entire pool of it.
"I should let the others try it as well." He stored the vials and was about to head out when he suddenly felt faint headed.
A cracking sound could be heard on his forehead. To be precise, it came from the black crystal halo on his head.
Kian was horrified, his eyes wide, as he watched the small black crystal fragments fall to the floor. He hurriedly approached the large mirrors of the training room and saw an astonishing scene of tiny crystal veins the color of the rainbow across the halo.
"What is this?" He muttered.
When the tiny multicolored veins were already spread across the black halo, a wave of strange energy he was unfamilia with was released from these veins and spread out. They ignored the walls and reached somewhere he wasn't aware of. The room even slightly shook before it returned to being still.
For some reason, Kian felt an ominous foreboding when the strange wave of energy spread out. However, he didn't know what it exactly meant so he ignored it for the time being.
He quickly scanned his body for any changes. The feeling of fainting finally left him and there was no changes to his body. However, the previous feeling of being able to launch powerful psyche energy attacks was slightly reduced but not by a huge amount. It was probably because of the chipped off portions of the crystal.
"Huh? This is?" Kian furrowed his eyebrows.
There was a strange new feeling that spread throughout his arms and to his head. It was similar to how he felt about psyche energy but it was different.
With a curious but cautious look, he tapped into this feeling and suddenly felt the world aorund him spinning. The next thing he knew, he was already ten meters away from his original position.
"I-it couldn't be. T-that was, teleportation?" Kian couldn't help but stutter as he spoke.
Teleportation wasn't something new to the modern people. However, it required huge teleportation portals. It was by no means impossible to teleport using your own body. However, he had just done it.
Kian did it again and again. Everytime he did, he'd always find himself teleported within he range of ten meters or below. With how short that distance was, it could only be called Blink. Moreover, it also consumed quite a bit of psyche energy so it couldn't be used infinitely.
"But with this, my chances of survival against the enemies are raised." He said with a smile.
It was definitely good to have another trump card. He knew that despite his powerful psyche energy, he was still not a match towards two races that had reached pinnacle Type II civilization level. With this, at least he'll be able to escape in case an accident happens.
However, the appearance of this ability also signified one thing. The Space Crystal was still there and its appearance might be the key to end this war of supremacy between three races.
