Everything turned weightless for a few seconds before it resumed back to the normal gravity of the Earth. Kian quickly regained his senses and heightened his vigilance. It was a new environment for him and the enemies definitely had some sort of plan for them to bring him here.
"Human. Welcome to our domain!" one of the elders said with a smile on his mouth. The sunlight which had nothing to block it directly shone upon his body.
At first, Kian didn't understood what he meant but after he saw the elder's state and the others, his expression quickly turned from confused to grave.
Multicolored lights gathered around the remaining nine elders. The lights then turned white before they entered their bodies.
"Y-you're recharging your energy in here?!" Kian exclaimed, his immense shock was visible on his face and voice.
"Smart. But it's not only that!" Their hands glowed with bright light. It looked exactly like their earlier attacks but Kian felt that their energy leveels were at least twice then before if not, they were higher.
Direct exposure from the sun could actually increase their strength to this level? Kian's mouth couldn't help but hang for a moment.
The enemies didn't gave him the leisure time to marvel at their powers. In a the matter of a few seconds, a huge wave of radiation shot out and headed towards him.
Not wishing to be bullied, Kian also shot his own attack. To his dismay, his attack was quickly destroyed. It took him another one wave of psyche energy to get rid of the radiation wave.
From his estimation, he guessed that they're likely three times as strong as him right now. Moreover, their recovery rate was astonishing. This could be seen from the next flurry of attacks that Kian was forced to defend himself. They were firing attacks at the speed of a machine gun.
To establish a little bit of his authority, Kian released a huge amount of psyche energy that permeated every corner of the ship. Somehow, it managed to block off the radiation of the sun and little.
"He could do that?"
"Let's kill him quick!"
The elder fluctusans were alarmed and quickly launched their attacks. However, Kian didn't want to let this chance go. He released a couple of psyche energy waves to distract the enemies.
None of them noticed that a concentrated needle of psyche energy was hidden in those waves. It towards the weakest spot which was an elder who was already tired from the continous attacks. Before he knew it, the needle pierced his shoulders.
The elders were alarmed to see that the person who was just right next to them a few moments ago suddenly fell to the floor lifeless.
Kian grinned and shot a few more needles. Despite blocking his new attacks, the fluctusans were already in no state to fight as panic had disturbed their minds.
"We can only use that." one of the elders suddenly said, his voice dark as he glared at the young man who was single-handedly fending off their attacks.
"We should've done that from the start." another elder said I'm dissatisfaction.
A few machines held them in one place. Kian was familiar with this sight as they also did this when they left Earth. Do they plan on moving again? An ominous feeling that appeared made a chill travel through his spine.
Suddenly, the doors of the room opened. A huge pulling force akin to that of a vacuum cleaner but just a thousand times stronger appeared.
Before Kian could react, he was already pulled outside of the ship. To make things worse, the ship actually moved for more than five hundred meters, a distance that his blink couldn't reach in instant. As he was unable to react at first, he wasn't really able to catch his breath.
Inside the ship, the elders couldn't help but let out sighs of relief as they watched Kian's countenance that slowly turned pale.
"I can't breathe!" Kian glared at the spaceship. If he teleported there with all that he had, it would take several seconds. Despite his stronger body, he never really trained in holding his breath for long periods of time.
"If I die here..." Kian couldn't help but think about his friends and family below. If he ever fell, they would quickly fall.
Suddenly, an idea formed in his mind. It was about crazy but there's something urging him to do so. A certain energy was raging inside his black halo and was just waiting for him to let it out.
"Space Crystal?" As soon as he realized what it was, he knew that he had no time.
Even with his vision turning faint, he used all of his psyche energy to send it to his black halo. A strange energy warped the space around him. It was only for a few meters away first before it reach for a hundred meters and more. Not long, it already reached the space around the spaceship.
The elders noticed this energy but before they could even do anything, the space around them collapsed and it started falling into an abyss of darkness.
Kian gave one final smile of victory before his consciousness finally faded away.
