"Adam, I-I don't think we should do this." I said to him as he kissed my neck softly. "Are you sure?" He pulled away and looked me in my eyes. "Yeah. I'm mad at Geo but I'm not that horrible of a person." I chuckled softly as I sat up and looked at him as he placed himself next to me.

"Yeah, maybe you're right. We shouldn't." He sat back and ran a hand through his hair. "Can you take me home?" He nodded as he stood up and helped me get ready to leave.

"I'm sorry again." I said, and he chuckled. "You don't have to apologize. It's my fault really. So I'm sorry." He said, as he drove me back home. "It's alright. We were both in the wrong, but I'm willing to look past it if you are." I said, and he nodded in agreement.

He soon pulled up into the driveway, and he helped me into my wheelchair and I headed towards the front door, which to my surprise, was unlocked. I opened the door and was greeted by the sight of Maureen on top of George. "Come on Georgie. She won't ever know." She twirled a piece of his hair in her hand and smirked at him.

Adam was about to stop them, but I stopped him. "Maureen, I can't. I have to go check on Zuri and see if she's awake, and Brielle might be back at anytime. I'm sorry." He pushed her off and stood up, and their eyes fell on to Adam and myself.

"O-Oh Hi Brielle! Adam." He said walking towards me and smiling. I glared at him, then at Maureen, who rolled her eyes at me. "George, come here." I said, and he moved closer to me. I pulled him down to my level and instantly made our lips crash, and began making out with him. I opened my eyes just to make sure Maureen was watching, which she was. She crossed her arms angrily and stomped out of the house.

George stood back and looked at me. "Wow, Bri." He chuckled with a smile on his face. "Well I'll check up on you later, Bri." He kissed my forehead, which made George shift uncomfortably, and then Adam left. "Brielle, where did ye go?" He asked as he helped me into the main room. "I just went to vent to Adam, that's all." Should I tell him what happened? I didn't want him to overreact, but he wasn't really the type to overreact.

"George, I-I kissed Adam yesterday. But it wasn't much. So I don't want you to get upset over nothing. And we promised each other it wouldn't happen again." I said as quickly as possible. George just stared at me in silence. "George, say something." He groaned as he leaned his head back. "It's not just yer fault. It's mine too. I shouldn't have said a few things yesterday. I was just so angry and I-" "It's alright. I know I'm not the easiest person to deal with sometimes." I rubbed the back of my neck nervously and I chuckled.

"So we are good?" I asked, and he quickly kissed my lips. "We are good. Now, I have to feed Zuri and ye need to get ready for yer therapy session soon. Keep it up, and ye'll be walking soon. Yer almost done." His words did encourage me, and he kissed my forehead as he went upstairs to get Zuri. And the rest of the day went by normally, thank heavens.

After a couple of weeks, with a lot of patience and work, I was pretty much able to walk and somewhat run again. I could run but not very fast and not for long. At least not yet. But I was so happy to give up that wheelchair and be up on my feet again.

And not only was I happy to be on my feet, I was now able to do something I haven't done for a while: dress up fancily for no reason. It was early in the day and I sat up in the bed, but was stopped by George's grip around my waist. "Where are ye goin'? It's too early to get up." He grumbled, even though he was half asleep, and half awake. "I'm just going to get ready for the day, that's all." I kissed his cheek and got out of bed to stretch, before heading to the bathroom then to my closet.

"What should I wear today?" I mumbled as I looked around. "I think I like-" As I was about to pull out one of my outfits, cold water came pouring down my back, which made me yelp. "GEORGE!" I screamed, and he began to laugh as he ran away from me and I tried my best to quickly follow him. "Get back here!" I laughed out, and George fell back onto the bed, and I made my way back into his grip.

"I missed times like this." I said softly as he stroked my shoulder. "Me too. And it's me duty to make ye have more moments like that. We haven't actually had fun in a long time." "That's going to change very soon." His alarm began to ring, and he let go of me. "I'll be back soon, love." He kissed my forehead and exited the room, heading to his meditation room, which he has been doing everyday at the exact same time.

So while he meditated, I went to Zuri's room to find her awake and playing with her stuffed animals. "Good morning, love." I picked her up and got her ready for the day, and fed her. "George?" I heard a female voice come from the foyer of the house. I rolled my eyes as I picked up Zuri. Who was it now? Another one of George's mystery mistresses?

I walked into the front room and saw an unfamiliar women there. "May I help you?" I asked and she looked at me with a kind of shocked look. "I-Oh! I'm looking for George. I'm working with him to set up his new film company." I couldn't help but look at her up and down, before shaking her hand.

"Have a seat." I invited her into the living room and sat with her. "Hi Zuri!" She waved at Zo, and I cringed. "You've met Zuri before?"

"Oh yeah! When I came by yesterday. Adorable baby."

"You were here yesterday?"

"Yeah! George invited me over, and he told me you weren't home so it would be a good time to come over."

"And what's your name?"

"Olivia. Olivia Arias."

"Olivia?" George said as he exited his meditation room and met us in the main room.

"Oh. George. You never mention Olivia to me."

I said standing behind her, and I could tell by the way she looked at George that she did not only want to work with him. She wanted more.

"Uh... Olivia, this is me wife Brielle. Brielle, this is my assistant Olivia." She gave me a small nod, before looking back at George. "Would you like to get started with work?" She asked and he nodded. "Sure." He took her to his office, without saying another word to me.
