"I'm so sorry, Geo. I regret it so much." I said as I placed my hand on his shoulder.

But he didn't budge.

Not one bit.

He just sat there in shock as he absorbed the news.

"I guess it's payback for when I.. Y'know..." He chuckled softly and tried to lighten the mood, but I could see just how hurt he really was.

"I didn't mean it as payback. I would never purposely hurt you. I didn't mean to." I pleaded, and he looked over at me.

"What am I doing wrong?"

"What do you mean? What are you talking about?"

"Am I not making ye happy? Am I missing something? What does he have that I don't?"

"You make me the happiest, Geo. But I can't really explain why I did it because I didn't think when I did it. It just... happened."

Bad explanation. Even though it was the truth.

"Hhm...well... I forgive you. I guess we are even now." He turned away from me. But I could see a few tears falling down his cheek in a mirror that was facing him in the room.

"I'm so sorry." I repeated, and he stood up and looked back at me.

"Brielle. It's alright. I know you didn't mean it." He walked into the bathroom, closing the door behind him.

His words didn't match the way he felt. I could tell. He didn't talk to me for the rest of the night, even though I tried to explain myself.

He turned off the light and laid back in bed, not saying a word to me.

"I love you, Geo. I'm still deeply in love with you. Please. Don't ignore me." I sniffles as the tears began to slowly fall again, but he just let me sit there and cry without saying anything until he later fell asleep.

There I was. Sad. Alone. Heartbroken. And I needed to talk to someone.

I didn't want to bother Adam and Pattie. Ruth, Mimi and Jace were too far and it was probably too late to call. Maybe Ringo? Or... Brian. He's a great person to talk to.

And now I know how much I messed up, I won't even be tempted to do anything again. I only wanted Geo.

I got out of bed and headed over to the phone and called Ringo first. No answer.

Then I dialed Brian's number.

He answered the phone with a yawn. "Hello?"

"Brian! I didn't expect you to answer!"

"Ahh Brielle, dear. Is everything okay? It's a bit late! You should be getting some rest!"

"You should be sleeping too."

"Well I had a late night. The concert was great and then we went out to celebrate. I just got back home. But I'm pretty sure that's not why you called."

"Well I needed to talk to someone." I then proceeded to update him on everything that was going on.

"So what are you going to do?"

"I'm not sure... It's really up to him if he wants to talk to me or not. I don't think there's anything I can do." I folded my arms nervously.

"Come over. We can talk some more. I promise not to do anything. But I really just want to be there for you."

I know I shouldn't. If I can't control myself around him.

"I don't think that's a good idea, Bri." I told him.

"Come on. It will get your mind off of things." I thought about everyone sleeping in the house, then I looked over to a clock and read it. Midnight.

"Alright fine. But no funny business."

He chuckled softly. "No funny business."

I hung up and went to my closet to change and headed out. I took a quick glance at George before I left.

"Hey, come in." I entered his house.

"Let's talk outside, yeah?" I nodded and he grabbed his coat.

"If he loves you enough, he would be able to really forgive you. Or at least understand that we messed up and you're truly sorry."

"I guess." I said, looking up at the night sky, the stars brightly shining down. "The stars look so good from here."

"Yeah I love stargazing all the time. I'm always here. It calms me down and amazes me at the same time. Come take a look in my telescope."

He took my hand and led me to a huge, old-fashioned telescope and I took a peek into it. The night sky looked even more beautiful and up close.

"It's gorgeous.." I said, amazed at what I was seeing.

"Yeah, I can't get enough of it sometimes."

I moved away from the telescope and smiled at him. "That's awesome. I might need to get me one of these."

"You really should. It makes you realize that sometimes the most beautiful things are so far away and out of reach." It was until he said that, that I noticed how close we were to each other.

"Um... yeah... the s-st-stars..." I stuttered out, as Brian places his hand on my arm, making me gasp softly.

"Brian... I-" I said softly, before he placed his lips on mine.

Ah crap.

I began to kiss back and we stumbled out way to Brian's bedroom.

"Brian, I don't think we-"

"I know. I know we shouldn't. It's wrong. But... But I just can't resist..." He pushed himself into me and I couldn't help but moan.

"I'm making it worse. I'm making it worse. It's so wrong but it feels so... good." That's all I could say in my head as he pleasured me.

When we finished, I laid down next to Brian as he stared up at the ceiling.

"We made it worse." He said, and I nodded guiltily.

"I have to go home." I sat up and yawned and Brian looked over at me.

"Alright. If you need anything, let me know." I nodded and waved before getting dressed and going back home.

I parked the car in the driveway and stumbled into the house, feeling tired thanks to Brian.

I didn't notice that the lights were on until I entered the house. Once I closed the door, George emerged from the kitchen and looked at me.

"Where have ye been?"
