"I pronounce you husband and wife!" The priest announced, and Pattie and Adam kissed each other.

"I'm so happy for them!" I whispered to George and he smiled and nodded. "Me too." Zuri and Jordan, who was the flower girls, sat between us watching the ceremony, and Jordan cringed when they kissed.

I felt a little pain in my stomach, but I rubbed my bump to try and calm down Danny. "Not yet..." I whisper to my belly, before diverting my attention back to the wedding, which was now finished, and the reception was about to begin.

When we got to the reception, the pain grew a little bit, and I shuffled in my seat a little and took a deep breath.

"Brielle, are ye alright?" George asked me as I took another deep breath. "Yeah, I'm okay." I said as the food came, but all I could do was stare at it. George was feeding Zuri as he ate, but continued to look at me.

"Let's go home." I nodded and stood up. "Where are you going? The party just started!" Pattie said as she walked over to us.

"Brielle isn't feeling well right now." George said, glancing at my bump, and Pattie quickly understood. "Oh! Well I'm happy you came! Good luck!" I congratulated them and hugged them before I left.

Jordan was going to be staying with us while Pattie and Adam went on their honeymoon, so we were planning to take her with us, but Pattie stopped us.

"We'll take Jordan with us. You guys need this time alone."

"Thanks, Pattie. Sorry for ruining your wedding day."

"You didn't ruin anything! Go have your baby!" She said and they waved as she held Jordan's hand.

We got to the car and the second I got in, my water broke.

"Sh*t..." George mumbled as he put Zuri in the car and then quickly got in the driver's seat as we went to the hospital, and Ruth and her husband Ashton followed us from the wedding, so they could watch Zuri while I gave birth.

We rushed into the hospital, and the nurses quickly helped me into a gown and brought me to my room. Once I got on the bed, the contractions hurt more.

"Breathe, love. Breathe!" George said, stroking my hair.

I was soon brought to the delivery room, and was prepped to give birth.

About an hour later, I was a sweaty and panting mess. "Keep going. His head is almost out!" Our doctor, Dr. Maggie Lane, said.

I held George's hand as I pushed and groaned, and he groaned with me because of the pain of his hand being squeezed tightly.

I could feel his head come out, and it made me smile. "Almost there..." I whispered to myself as I continued to huff and push Danny out.

When his cries filled the room, I know he was out, he was put on my chest and I kissed his forehead. "He's beautiful!" I giggled softly as George cut the umbilical cord and I held my son in my arms.

George's POV

As the doctors began to clean up, Brielle whispered to me, "I feel dizzy... and sleepy." The monitors began to beep erratically as her eyes closed and she laid there unconsciously.

The nurses had to grab Danny, while another one asked me to leave. "What's happening? No! That's me wife! I have to stay!" I screamed as one doctor took me hand and helped me out.

"Damn!" I screamed, punching a wall. I couldn't help but let some tears fall. "Mr. Harrison, your wife will be okay. Why don't we go wait in the waiting room?" He asked, and I nodded. "A-Alright."

He took me to the private room that we were in earlier, and I sat down. "I'm going to go check on the doctors and your wife, alright? But I know she will be alright." I could only nod at that moment because I felt numb.

I began to meditate quietly in my seat as I waited for news.

About 10 minutes later, I became distracted when the door opened and they brought Brielle in.

"Brielle!" I hugged her once they fixed the bed.

"Hey George. What happened? Where's Danny?"

I sat down and told her what I knew, and she yawned. "Wow, that's crazy..." She said, trying to keep herself awake.

"Get some rest, love." I kissed her forehead, and a little knock was heard from the door, before it opened and Zuri ran in, with Ashton and Ruth behind her.

" 'Ello, babygirl." I kissed her forehead and hugged her tightly.

"How is she?" Ruth asked, as she stroked Brielle's hair.

"We had a little scare, but she's fine. Danny's getting his first checkup right now."

"Danny here? Where Danny?" She asked me. "Danny is coming." I stroked her curly hair with a small smile on my face.

When the doctor came in, I quickly began to ask questions.

"What 'appened in there?"

"She did report that the contractions were extremely painful, so it's possible her body could've experienced shock from the pain, but we took care of it." He checked her stats once more before tucking his pen in his shirt pocket.

"She's doing great now. Just let her get some well deserved rest."

"Thank ye." I said, and I could help myself. I got up and gave him a hug.

"You're welcome." He smiled widely before exiting the room.

"So mommy okay?" Zuri looked at her sleeping mother.

"Yes, mommy okay." Ruth sighed a breath of relief. "Thank heavens."

Brielle's POV

"And that's what 'appened." George finished, and his family stared at us in disbelief.

"This one is special." Harold said, looking at the now sleeping Danny. "I know he is."

George smiled and rubbed my shoulder. "I was so scared that day. I never experienced so many emotions at once. But I'm glad everyone is alright, and she got to come back home 3 days after."

He kissed my forehead and pulled me into a side hug tightly. "Don't scare me like that every again."

"I won't." I placed a quick kiss on his lips and smiled.
