"I can dress myself. Just give me a moment to write everything down for you."
It wasn’t unnoticed by shelyn how that girl looked. In some way she was expecting Calion would of had another girl despite everything earlier. He was pharaoh and that was his excuse. She sighed. Entering the room with Jin in hand as she neared the bed. Kneeling at her trunk she pulled out a pen and paper. And started writing.

Jin watched for a moment before hurrying over to Calion. Arms wide and smiling to see his eldest brother. "Is Shelyn going to get her own room too? She still had her things packed.",
Shelyn did her best to stay focused. Hoping Amarie knew how to read her language. Since she didn’t know how to write in anything but english.
Calion had turned to take notice of Shelyn, Amarie, and Jin entering and he greeted them with a simple smile, still mildly curious as to Shelyn’s change in attitude after they had made love and he had left her filled with his warmth. Looking down to Jin Calion knelt down to be more at Jin’s level as he teased his brother by ruffling the boy’s hair. “There’s a lot of moving to take place and things to address.” He said vaguely in reference to the fact of having to sort through Helm’s items and anything salvageable at her parent’s place. “Shelyn will be staying in my room for the time being, it’s not like I can’t sleep on the couch.” He said, keeping it PG for Jin’s ears.
Amarie waited, hands behind her back near Shelyn as she eyed the girl curiously. It was plainly obvious Shelyn never had a servant before and Amarie saw Shelyn as being almost too kind. Undoubtedly Shelyn wouldn’t ask for things she could do herself, like dressing, so Amarie made a mental note to take it upon herself to show Shelyn the things she could ask for. Not now, but perhaps in the future if she found Shelyn bathing, or if she needed help in keeping herself hairless for the pharaoh.
Unfortunately Amarie didn’t know how to read English, but Jin did so since she was going to watch Jin while the two of them were out anyway she didn’t see the harm in Jin reading off the instructions.
Shelyn finished and stood. Offering the instructions to Amarie. "I’m sorry I don’t know how to write in any other language." She tried smiling it off. "I didn’t ever get a chance once my brother left home."
Again she said it. And still realizing that’s all she could do. Talk about him. She had been easily blinded by Calion that she nearly forgotten she wouldn’t ever see Helm again.
"I promise I won’t take forever to get back and help." Well that truly depended on how much the army made her struggle just to get her brother's things. Of course, Amarie was a servant and despite feeling friendly she simply just failed at being a master.
Jin offered a pout of protest. "You’re trying to keep her to yourself...." he suggested before continuing. "Just don’t get any funny ideas...I already promised to marry her. You can’t steal her away. You’re too old." As always Jin innocent and stubborn. If anything, he liked Shelyn a great deal. And like any bit with a crush his older brothers were always going to be the "enemy" in the game of love.
