Shelyn prayed in her sleep for Helm. And she prayed Calion would stand behind keeping him safe no matter what. She smelt him in her sleep. That water they bathed in.

She was so tired. Moving was too much of a task. In her heart she wanted to fall in love. But knew better than to with Calion. Which was probably why she felt she couldn't trust him. He wouldn't fall in love. He had many women. Nothing would change it. Even if she picked him, he would always wonder to the others.

She didn't wake up until well after sunset. And in a jerk with a scream, she sat up. Gasping and panting. She felt sick. Shaky. her head hurt.

Peacefully he had slept, content for the moment as to how things were progressing. In the end he had her in his arms, like the trophy he always knew he'd end up having. Love was not upon his mind though, such was a foreign concept to him. He enjoyed the company of others as well as the freedom to explore and derive pleasure from those who caught his eye. It was likely safe to say he'd never fallen in love with any one, the closest being Mirien, but even then he hardly saw the woman who had climbed up into her 30s as well.

For now he just wanted fun. To enjoy Shelyn's company and hopefully she'd enjoy his too. Considering the two only known one another for a few days he was hardly at the point of love, but he did have a healthy attraction to the girl and would likely jump through several loops in trying to court her.

Stirring suddenly at her sudden gasp and sitting up Calion sat up, forgetting for the moment that she and him were still new to things and for the moment he treated her in a familiar way like he did with the servants he'd slept with numerous times. He sat up and wrapped his arms around her from behind, placing his palms on her bare abdomen as he didn't even open his eyes before pressing his soft lips against her shoulder, kissing softly a few times as they neared her neck. "No need to scream dear there is no safer place in the world than within my arms, I wouldn't let anything happen to you." He mumbled against her skin, placing a kiss upon her neck, his sleepy mind not registering the fact this is the first time he placed his lips upon her skin.

Her heart raced. She pressed her hand to her head. Groaning. It wasn't until she heard Calion, that she was brought back to the scene.

She gave a shrug and pulled away. The room was dark. She slept too long. She grabbed the towel from its place and got up. Her body felt limp. And heavy. But it didn't stop her from hurrying away from the bed. Wrapping the towel around herself as she left his room and made her way back to Helm.

Gossip would most likely spread like fire at this point. Upon returning to Helm's room she pulled a dress from her trunk once back with her brother. She wet his lips and apologized for being gone.

She felt faint. And it wasn't long before she fell to the floor.

Calion fell back in bed as she abruptly left knowing that she was probably panicked over Helm as she likely had fallen asleep longer than she had wished. He however was not in the mood to hurry up too much and for a while rolled onto his stomach, pressing his face down on the pillow she had shared with him and breathed in her scent while blood pooled in his organ and had him swelling against the bed sheets. He found her delicious and her prude and innocent attitude only added to that fact. He wouldn't force her too far against her will, but all the same, what harm was there in simply fantasizing about taking that pale blonde beauty?
