3.2.2020, Maihua
Me and Laura have been getting closer and closer more so as best friends than anything else. She trusts me with absolutely anything and I trust her as well. I've fallen more in love with her but I'm keeping that to myself. I'm not going to rush her, I know what it feels like to get your heart broken and how long it takes to heal. I'm willing to wait that time.
My sister was taking me out to go shopping. We'd explore the stores and then get lunch. We could even see a movie if we wanted to. I gladly got ready and went with her. I've been wanting some new clothes.
"You ready?" I yelled from her bedroom door. She opened the door.
"Yep. Let's go" I followed her to the front door and put my shoes on. We went over to our car and I got in the passenger seat. She was smiling weirdly the whole time up until we got to starbucks. She kept texting someone all the time. I couldn't tell you who it was, she's broken up with her girlfriend a while ago.
I was sitting at the table going through instagram edits. Some of them were really amazing. People are talented. My phone buzzed with a message from Laura.
Turn around :)
My eyes went wide and a smile grew on my face. I got up and turned around. There she stood. She was wearing a yellow hoodie and black jeans but then again when didn't she wear something like that. I ran up to her and lifed her up spinning us around. We giggled, both of our smiles reaching our ears. I finnaly put her down and hugged her properly.
"Surprise" she smiled finnaly catching her breath. I laughed and we walked back over to my sister. They both said hi to eachother and we ordered for Laura. We talked for what felt like hours before we decided on going back home.
"Please tell me you haven't gotten a hotel room yet" I said turning to Laura, who was in the back seat.
"Your sister assured me that you'll take me in" she giggled and I smiled wider.
"Absolutely"

I grabbed her suitcase and took it inside to my room. I placed it down by my door.
"I could have done that myself you know" she smiled, coming up behind me.
"Do you want me to take it back and you carry it yourself" I laughed. She joined.
"Okay fine"
