3.1.2020, Maihua
I couldn't believe it. How could someone hurt someone like her. I cried with her holding her close.
"I promise I won't let anyone else hurt you" I whispered into her ear. She nodded slowly. We both calmed down and decided on going back to the hotel room.
We tried being as quiet as possible since it was way past 10pm. We made our way to Lauras room, which was empty. She unlocked the door and turned the lights on. I threw myself on the bed and she joined.
"When are you leaving tomorrow?" I moved up so I could look at her.
"The flight is at 4pm but we have to be there early" she explained looking back at me.
"Oh. So you only have a half a day left" I trailer off disappointed. I was hoping for us to have more time to spend tomorrow.
"Are you here until late?" she asked with a sad smile. I nodded.
"11pm" I sighed. She sat up and hugged me. I held her close to me enjoying every part of it. She moved away.
"Let's do something tonight. We can pull it into tomorrow and then get lunch. I can sleep on the plain" she smiled. I gave her an excited smile and nodded.
"Wanna go to the roof?"

I looked down over the edge of the tall building. I could barely see the street and the people on them seemed like they were miles away. Laura came up behind me and looked over as well. She sat down on the edge and let her legs hang over the edge. I was scared to do the same but I did anyway. I didn't like the feeling of my feet not on the floor but I got used to it in a minute or so.
"Do you ever wanna jump?" she asked out of nowhere. I looked at her surprised.
"What do you mean jump?"
"Jump. Off a building, bridge whatever you prefer"
"Are you crazy of course not!"
"Oh. Just me then" she sighed. I grabbed her hand.
"As long as I'm here you'll never be alone. I'm always here for whatever you need me. I'm not leaving you. Ever"
She gave me a sad smiles and looked back infront of her. I sighed and looked at the building across the street as well.
"Can we actually be here?" I asked not looking away from the other building.
"Um probably not but if they don't catch us it doesn't matter"
