I was so mad him. Not even for what he did to me. For what he did to all those other girls and for what he did to Laura. I would end his life if I could.
"Maihua stop. It's okay. He can't hurt anyone" Gaonha said, letting go of Laura.
"No but he's already done to much" I said through my teeth. I couldn't hold my anger in anymore. I needed to punch something. With the anger already rushing out I took it out of the couch, punching it multiple times. I ran my hand through my hair, pulling on it. Anger still filled me, rushing through my blood.
"Maihua-" Laura started before I cut her off.
"What!" I screamed immediately feeling bad, but too stressed to calm myself down and apologize. Laura flinched and looked at me with slight fear.
"I'm sorry" I finally said, taking a deep breath, however that didn't stop the anger flowing. It didn't calm Laura down either. We stared at eachother, her eyes filled with worry and fear while mine were probably filled with anger.
"Okay Maihua stop. If you wanna punch something then punch stuff that's meant for that" Gaonha said pushing me away and turning to Laura.
"Don't worry, she'll be fine. She just needs to get it out of her" she explained, giving me a quick glare. I sighed and took another deep breath, hoping this one actually helps. Surprisingly enough I didn't want to punch anything anymore. Well except for him, but that's different. I still felt angry though, that wouldn't leave as easily as that.
Laura thought for a moment before jumping at me and embracing me in a hug. I was surprised by it but hugged back, getting the feeling of safety and reassurance from it. I held her as close as I could, not wanting to let her out of my arms. Realization of something hit, I wasn't sure what for quite a few seconds, but something felt different.
My eyes opened wide as I realized what it was. Now I always knew I had feelings for Laura, I've liked her since the day I first met her. In that moment though, those feelings shifted. They grew more and more up until that day and in that moment they evolved into love.
I snapped out if my thoughts, not even realizing me and Laura weren't hugging anymore. I looked at her confused expression.
"I'm sorry" I chuckled awkwardly hoping she wouldn't question it. "I just zoned out a bit"
