Tomorrow was my birthday and I was 100% prepared for the celebration. We had as much stuff we could to make ourselves comfortable. We also had a bunch of food and supplies to prepare it.

Maihua has been very excited for whatever reason, but I mean I was too so I guess I couldn't blame her. Emily was smiling like crazy all day too.

There were only a few hours left until we would drive down to the weeked house. We'd stop twice to pick up the only two other friends I had from here. Usually I'd actually invite them out for a different celebration but since my internet best friends couldn't come we actually had enough space for them to come over.

My mom finnaly called us for lunch which would pass by so fast and after that we'd already be leaving. I was beyond excited, I've wanted to do something like this for a while now and my birthday was the perfect opportunity.

As soon as me and Maihua were done I took our plates and put them in the dishwasher. I convinced my mom to let us just leave already, since we were going alone. We'd take Klara's car, who shouldn't need it for these two days and even if she would she could take the other car.

We threw our bags in the car and got in. I rushed Maihua to start driving. I guided her to where she was supposed to be going. When we were half way there she surprised me.

She pulled over with a wide smile on her face.

"I was told to blindfold you from here on" she said and wrapped a scarf around my face. I didn't fight it considering I knew it was a surprise and I'm not going to fight a surprise off.

She started driving again and drove for a little while. She stopped and opened her door. A few seconds later mine opened and I was lead outside of the door and stood right by it.

"I'm gonna warn you now. You might cry" Maihua chuckled and took my blindfold off. It took a bit for my eyes to get used to the light. But when they did my eyes landed on two people I've only ever seen via pictures.

My two best friends, Maddi and Livia were standing infront of me, flesh and bone. I stood in shock for a second before jumping at both of them at once. I almost knocked us over. We moved away and I hugged each one, one by one, starting with Livia.

"I thought I'd never get to meet you" I said, keeping my tears in. Then I hugged Maddi.

"Now we can simp over men together in person" I joked and squeezed her.
