I speed to the hospital wanting to see her as soon as I possibly could. I don't know how but she made me feel some kind of way.

I finally parked and ran inside getting to her room as quick as possible. I turned a corner and saw someone on a chair in the waiting room. They were wearing one of the hospital gowns and they were shaking. I slowly approached until I realized who it was.

I ran to Laura. She was crying.

"Hey what's wrong?" I said a crouched infront of her. She started sobbing even more. I sat down next to her and pulled her into my embrace.

"Hey it's okay, you're okay. I'm here for you don't worry I won't let anything bad happen to you" I said calmly. She stopped sobbing.

"He was here and-" she burst into tears again. Anger filled me.

"What did he do?" I said through my teeth.

"He apologized a-and said he's leaving. He said he doesn't know why he did i-it" She could barely talk through her sobs. I calmed down. She missed him.

"I hate being single. It's only been a day and I already feel so alone"

"Don't worry. You deserve better than him. And you have me, your sister and your best friend. We're all here for you"

She nodded and moved out of my embrace. She tried standing up but her legs gave in and she almost feel. I quickly jumped up and caught her.

"Hey calm down you shouldn't push yourself like this so soon"

I picked her up bridal style and carried her to her bed. I saw her sister in the other bed, sleeping. I put Laura on her bed and sat down on the chair next to her.

I wiped a tear of her face. She smiled and I smiled back. We talked for a few hours until lunch. A doctor came in to check om her and let us know that she should be fine to go tomorrow morning meaning she would be able to go to the convention. She was so happy. Her eyes had sparks in them. It made me happy as well.

All of this tired her out and she decided she would sleep. I was going to leave but she asked me to stay. I layed down next to her and she cuddled into my chest. We both feel asleep.
