A/N: To a friend
I'm not that good but I hope you appreciate it 😊.
==================================================People often say that "creepy" is scary and frightening. They say that it feels unpleasant and unsettling.
However, I disagree. To me, creepy is cool and mysterious.
It has that odd sense of feeling and vibe that makes you wonder what makes you feel the way you do. You only feel terrified because you don't know what you're scared of.
It's just like the feeling of being lost in the woods at night. You can't see clearly, you don't know where you're going or headed to and worse you don't know what kind of creatures that lurk in the dark. That's why it feels creepy. You are frightened of the unknown, to what you're thinking and imagining.
Have you ever stared at a monster and felt terrified? How about being chased by a monster that wants to kill you? Tell me the difference between the two feelings that you had.
All you know and can be sure of is that you felt terrified. Frightened to what might happen to you afterward, but still, there's a difference. A difference between when you don't know what might happen and to know it.
You are confused and unsure.
Yes, you are scared.
Scared of what might happen to you but not to the creature itself.Don't blame it on the creature, you hold the power to change what you're thinking. It's only you. It will cause you to panic and lead yourself into even worse situations than you could ever imagine. It's up to you to keep calm and control your thoughts.
What if the horrifying monster you thought of only wanted to give you candy, or show you the way out from the forest? Don't jump to conclusions and overthink. You'll only harm yourself and dig into more grave situations.
There's a difference between being cautious and to just being a coward.
Scary cause you fear while creepy causes you to be unease.
Know your words.
