"We are here to witness the trial of Mr. Draco Malfoy, 18 years old, a Death Eater at the age of 16." The Minister of Magic, Kingsley Shacklebolt, declared to the Wizengamot present at the dungeons of the Ministry of Magic.
Everybody present listened intently to the Minister and stared at Draco who was sitting at the center of the room.
Draco was sitting on the chair, his hands chained to it, his head bowed not wanting to look at the witches and wizards who would seal his fate. He could still remember clearly his father's trial four weeks ago, that was a month after the Battle of Hogwarts when Voldemort died and the wizarding world started to stand back up again to right itself. His father, Lucius Malfoy was convicted as a full-pledged Death Eater and was given the Dementor's Kiss afterwards.
"To start this trial, I now call on our witnesses for this case, Mr. Harry James Potter and Ms. Hermione Granger." Kingsley announced.
