It was two in the morning and you couldn't sleep. Your boyfriend, Draco, had his arm around your waist, and was asleep.

You sigh, slowly getting up, trying to get Draco's arm off you without him waking up, but that was a fail

"where are you going?" he groggily asked, not letting go of you

You smile, kissing his cheek, "i want to eat"

"hm, okay" he said, sitting up and rubbing his eyes

"you dont need to get up", you said, standing up and grabbing one of Draco's hoodies. It was quite chilly, (cause it was January and it was snowing lmao) and your tshirt was not enough.

You went out of your room and went to the kitchen, getting a pan to make french toast. Even if it was almost three in the morning, you didn't care, it's three hours before breakfast anyways

Cracking some eggs, you didnt notice Draco standing by the kitchen's doorway. He smiled as he looked at you hum a song that's been stuck in your head while you cook.

You put two pieces of bread on the pan and add cinnamon on it, the smell making your tummy grumble. You turn around, not really shocked to see Draco there, since you felt eyes behind you

"up for some french toast?" you ask, going to the fridge to get some butter

Draco nodded, "yeah, sure."

You smile at him and continued cooking. You put the cooked ones on a plate and put them aside, cooking another batch.

Draco walked over to you, hugging you from behind, making you smile. These were the times you treasured most, three am snacks with just you and Draco. It was just calming as you look at the snow fall outside your window.

You looked up at Draco and kissed his cheek, "love you" you said

He smiled, leaning down to peck your lips, "i love you too"

For a school bully, he was really sweet and caring when it came to you. Ofcourse, you knew the reasons why he was like that, and you just told him you loved him more because he had flaws, his flaws made him who he was, and you love that.

Finishing up the french toast, you put them on a plate and put butter on them, "could you please get the syrup and maybe some orange juice from the fridge?" you ask.

Draco let go of you, and backed away, it was the right moment, he thought.

"is that my jumper?" he asked, chuckling

"well, it's mine now." you said, not looking up from putting butter on your french toast

Draco grinned, playing with a tiny box inside his sweatpants' pocket, "first, it was my heart, now my jumpers?" he then took out the box from his pocket, getting down on one knee, "what's next, my last name?"

You furrowed your eyebrows, "what-" your eyes widen when you faced him. He had a smile om his face, and his eyes were just full with love. You gasp, "Draco.."

"i.. I dont even know where to start, but, when i saw you in the sorting ceremony in our first year, i knew you were gonna be the one for me. Yes, i might or might not have been a git a times, but nevertheless, you still loved me." Draco sighed, opening the tiny box, it showed a beautiful green diamond ring, "Y/N L/N, would you steal my last name and marry me? Please?"

Tears ran down your face, and when he said please it just made you laugh at how cute he was being. You wipe your tears, hugging him tight

"ofcourse i would steal your last name" you laugh, backing away and helping him stand up

Draco put the ring on your finger and stared at you lovingly. He leaned in giving you one long passionate kiss

The both of you backed away, laughing.

"we should probably eat those french toasts you cooked"
