I was scrolling through facebook earlier, and saw pictures of sign language, and i actually want to learn it. It seems like a really good language to learn.

Also, i hinted this on my announcements, but i dont think people guessed it. Am i really that weird that yall think that was normal from me? I dont know sign language lmao

Being mute wasn't easy. It was hard to communicate with people, since not everyone- or most of the people dont know sign.

Although, you did always carry a little notepad, and a pen, for people who doesn't understand. Those muggle things are what you find very useful from their world. It was easier than using a quill, since you can just click the pen, and it automatically gives you ink

Unlike quills, you still need to dip it in ink

It was your fourth year at Hogwarts, and things weren't getting easier. The only person you talk to- or well, communicate with- is your older brother, Cedric

He was a great big brother. He was protective, but that's just normal. And considering your situation, it was, normal.

Cedric just wanted you to have a normal life, because you deserved it.

You enter the Hufflepuff common room, the homey feeling of it immediately meeting you

"Y/N!", someone shouted, making you look over where the voice came from, it was Cedric, he sat on the couch, patting the space beside him

With a smile, you walk towards him and sat down, "what's up?" you signed

He understands sign language, but he never really used it

"well, i just found out that the first task is dragons", he said.

Cedric was a triwizard champion, along with Fleur, Viktor, and surprisingly, Harry Potter.

With a frown, you said in sign, "isn't that dangerous?"

He nodded, "ofcourse it is. But i can handle it", he said boastfully, making you roll your eyes. He was very full of himself, sometimes

But nevertheless, you love him. He's your brother, the best one you can have.

The first tas was already done, and you were happy Cedric was fine.

Today, you were just sitting in the courtyard, reading a book. A lot were there too, they were just.. Minding their own businesses.
