~EMILY'S POV~

School had finally ended. My nightmare had come to an end. As the last bell of the day rang, I rushed out of the door and sprinted towards the exit. I raced past everyone when suddenly I just familiar looking curls. I was a little curious and I stepped a few steps back. When I looked inside the window, I saw Harry and a red-headed girl standing together. The girl had linked her arms with Harry and I suddenly felt a burst of jealousy. I started biting the insides of my lips then thought

"Why the hell would I care? Oh well. Who cares if they are together?"

I quickly brought myself back to reality and sighed. I put a smile on my face and continued to walk. However, I didn't feel as happy as before. Seeing Harry with another girl kind of made me sad- I didn't think if was jealousy, but just sadness. I brushed away the feeling then cleared out my head. The only thing in my head to finally go and jump in my bed and eat away my feelings with my dog. Hey. At least my dog would understand. Right? As I walked by the crowds of students, I did a little happy dance and had to calm myself down.

"HALLELUJAH! THANK THE LORD."

I felt like I was on Cloud 9 and skipped all the way to the school exit. I was still the center of attention where people were pointing and whispering but I ignored all of what they had to say. Many girls shot me evil looks and some boys seemed to be checking me out. I had a huge grin on my face wondering how I got through this day. I rolled my eyes at the things that happened today: this morning, the stairs, PE, science. I was so tired and was all out of energy. My head was hurting a little bit and all I needed was a short nap. I stretched out my arms and planned how my nap at home was going to go. I brushed my hair with my fingers- untangling all the little knots then headed outside. As I walked out of the school building, I heard a loud honk. It was irritating because they kept on honking and my pet peeve was when people honked. I just hated it. I didn't think that it was nice to honk and it just annoyed the hell out of me. At first, I thought that it was some crazy parent or some kid that was honking for someone else but that wasn't the case.

"EMILY!"

"Hu- What? Me?"

I looked around but I didn't see anyone calling my name. Nobody probably knew my name since I was new, so I started walking off again. I looked around just a little but more in case I missed them but I just shrugged it off. I just thought that it was probably a different Emily. There was a lot of people named Emily. I was pretty sure that I wasn't the only girl named Emily at this school. I started walking again and hummed a little bit. The sun had finally come out and I loved how the sun shone on my arms. I took a deep breath of the fresh air and looked up at the beautiful clouds. I finally felt a whole lot better and took my earplugs out to listen to music when suddenly-

*HONK*

"EMILY. EMILY! EMILY ATKINS. HELLO?"

*HONKKKKKK*

"The hell-? Crap."

I was about to put my earplugs in when I saw at the corner of the parking lot, a familiar sports car. The shiny, black, newest model sports car. It was driving slowly seemed as it was coming towards me. Someone had repeatedly called out my name and I had to squint to see who it was. At the far end of the parking lot, was a car with familiar looking boys that was speeding up to me. They were waving their arms and honking and yelling as loud as they could. There were a group of boys that was yelling and waving there arms trying to catch my attention. After a minute of trying to figure out who the hell it was, I finally realized that it was Chandler and the gang. I was startled then I loudly said

"OH. OH CRAP."

I started walking a little faster and held up my bag. I tried to hide in the crowd of students- hoping that they would lose me in the crowd. I stayed in the middle of the crowd and stayed still. I held the bag up to my face to cover my face and hide from them. I was cussing under my breath and hoped that they would just pass by. I was basically running away- very slowly so they wouldn't notice. I smirked a little bit thinking how brilliant I was with the plan. Eventually, the crowd disappeared and I was the only one left. I face palmed myself then slowly crept away. I crossed my fingers that they would just leave me alone and continued to sneak past by. I thought that I actually had a chance if sneaking by, but of course I was wrong. I suddenly heard the car engine getting louder and louder and my steps quickened.
