A/N: I was originally not going to post this story right now. However, it's become abundantly clear that perhaps you guys are in need of a story to read during these scary times. Honestly, beyond my online work, I don't have much to do so I've been working on this story quite a lot but I'm nowhere near the end of first year.
I can guarantee that you will run into mistakes. Grammar, syntax, etc. Feel free to point them out in a polite and kind manner (ideally through PM but I can understand that it's an added effort). But please, be kind. I'm only human.
Finally, the last thing I would like to say. This story is set between 1971 and 1981. While this story is certainly set during the Marauder era and you will definitely see them, this is not your typical Marauder era story. She's not best friends with Lily Evans nor is she an enemy, she barely knows Severus Snape, and she's not the bestest of friends with Marauders right off the bat. This is the story of Calista Higgs, not the Marauders. And while they will eventually cross paths, it won't be happening for a hot minute.
