The Trick's on You

The tricks on you, you made yourself a lie.

Now you know how it feels to pull the wool over someone's eyes

What do I see in your eyes?

Hatred, regret...oh and fear!

Put a sock in it, the buck stops here.

Don’t do your monkey business,

Not here, not now, not anytime soon.

You can lie to me, but first jump over the moon.

“A friend in need is a friend indeed”

Yeah right! You don’t know where betrayal leads.

A picture paints a thousand words,

But no picture can describe what I feel,

It’s beyond this world.

Let’s go into a corner, let’s hide the tears we’ve never shown.

Let’s make a little world of our own.

All bark and no bite, which are how, I feel.

Your words, they meant nothing!

They weren’t real.

Those skeletons in your closet, you try your hardest just to hide them.

But you gave in to lust, games and men.

You could kill yourself for all I care!

How would I know if you treat others fair.

Now that I’m winning, now that I have all the aces,

I still have tricks up in my sleeves.

I’ll make you stay here forever!

You can never leave!
