Breathe deeply
Realize the reason
Why you look but do not see
You avoid reality and
Instead, you live in dreams
It causes you happiness
But is also tearing you at the seams
You act all indifferent,
Unaffected and strong
But you were hurt, hiding
And crumbling all along
This is the truth
Which you cannot hide
You think you’re lost
But if you search, you will find
You cannot dance through the pain
And run under the rain
You shouldn’t wait for you cuts to scar
Or ignore your mind’s on-going war
Life isn’t a bed of roses
Nor is it a never-ending coaster
You shouldn’t be afraid of life
Because it hides multiple adventures
