I’ll tell you a story
A story close to my heart
For this tells you
The truth right from the start
When we first met,
We were like the best of friends
But now I wonder
How did it all end?
When we went in places,
Always together
Those times when we were like
Sisters
But now,
When we see each other,
We look away
She hung out with others
People she shouldn’t be with in any way
But I only watched her
As she changed into a stranger I never knew
Though I loved her like a sister,
Everyone else couldn’t do anything too
Though I am devastated about the lost friend
No one looking back
