As we walk along the path and cross the bridge,
Let’s watch the view turn dusk to dawn.
Let’s play a game of chess,
My first move’s the pawn.
Chose your move wisely
For you never know when you’ll lose.
You’ll never know what my next move is,
I’ll take every piece you use.
Take your time,
Use your mind.
There are many challenges,
Precious traps of mine
This is what you call the game of life,
The game of chess
The king’s the most important,
No less.
As I move and proceed to a check mate,
You know you’ll lose, it’s your fate.
But before you give up,
Think of your mistakes.
You should know that giving up
Will never help you in life.
This is the game of Chess,
Never lose of sight.
