Hair Streak

In this au, people are born with a streak of hair that's identical to your soulmate's natural hair color.
(color and/texture, depends on you)
• See above picture for example.

Bonus:
When your soulmate dies/is about to die,
the hair streak either:

- Falls out (indicates upcoming/present sickness)
- Turns grey (indicates death of old age)
- Shifts into your hair color instead (indicates tragedy/death caused by another accident, etc.)

Another bonus:
- As people grow older and their hair turns grey naturally, the hair streak never looses it's color and stays the same shade/hue throughout. (Unless your soulmate dies of old age, as I've stated)

- Haircuts/hair curling, etc. may or may not affect your hair streak (depending how you wanna do your version of
this story AU)

Other examples:

• You and you soulmate's hair color is identical.

• Your hair streak somehow magically changes color everytime, depending on what hair dye your soulmate uses that day.

• One person is abnormally born with multiple shades of hair; all representing all the people they have fallen in love with before/will fall in love with (but they don't know it yet)

• Someone falls in love with two (or more) people that both match his/her hair streak

• You haven't met your soulmate yet, but are frightened to find out that your hair streak has fallen out. This results in the main character feeling sorrowful for his/her unknown future lover, thinking that they have died due to a sickness; which leads them to spend more time in charity homes in an act of remorse, until they meet someone with their head fully shaved in the charity home. Turns out that their soulmate is still alive, but just had their head shaved for donation. You're only sure that they're your soulmate when he/she mentions remembering your exact shade of hair/or when their hair starts growing back and you catch a glimpse of a small hair streak that matches your color.
