Chapter Fifteen: Dinner Date

Theo P.O.V~

It's actually happening. I'm dating my best friend and I can finally call her my own. Shailene Woodley is the most beautiful girl in the world, no lie. I want to be the reason she laughs and smiles. Never will I break her heart.

Today we have the day off, to get settled in and I'm thinking of taking Shai out to eat. But before dinner, we can play a quick little game to get to know each other better. Just like how we began to hang out with each other.

"Shai, wake up." I nudge her lightly.

"Theo, what time is it?" She rubs her eyes.

"9:30 AM. You slept in, must have been really sleepy." I grin and wiggle my eye brows.

She playfully hits my chest and began to giggle. I love it when she's enjoying my sense of humor, it's so sexy.

"What are we doing today?" She smiles and gets out of bed.

"A game and dinner date." I stretch out and grab my sweatshirt.

"A game? What kind? If it's your so called twister game then no way!" She laughs.

I shake my head and head into the shower.

Shailene P.O.V~

I have no idea what kind of game this will be but hopefully I'll enjoy it. Theo went back to his room to change and said to head over there. I threw on my sweatshirt and jeans to be comfortable. My hair is just natural.

I knock on the door and Theo greets me. I run in and jump onto the little side couch.

"So, ready to play..... My Story?" He sits down.

"What?" I'm confused.

"My story is a game I made up where we talk about our past and our soon to be future. We will know more about each other." He grins.

That's very intelligent for Theo to think of. I'm pretty sure he went for the physiology major but stuck with acting instead. This game is almost like the one we played when we first got to know each other.

"Sounds fun." I nod my head and we begin.

"So I'll ask you a question and you'll ask me one. Shailene, were you an A+ student?" He stares into my eyes.

I blush and say, "One B!"

He chuckles and says, "Your turn."

We continue this for a couple of hours until our dinner date. I learned about Theo's family and how Ruth was before fame. He learned about my brother and how acting is just a hobby not a career.

"Ready to grab some dinner, Miss Woodley?" Theo offers his hand out.

"Why of course my good sir." I giggle and grab his hand.

We put our sunglasses on and decided on a little organic café down the street. Theo decided he wants to try new meal choices and I'm going to help him with that.

We walk down together, very close and keep our heads down. I can smell the food already, Theo and I decided to race and get inside as fast we could.

I ordered a salad with a fat free dressing and Theo got some kind of healthy chicken meal. I didn't pay attention to what our food was because our feet kept playing footsie and every now and then our hands touched.

Being in a relationship isn't all about the kissing and cuddling but to love and know each other inside out.
