Soulmates

Chapter Six: Super Duper Nervous.

My stomach is going to explode. Theo and I have had ten interviews so far, now we are on a plane back to L.A. Tomorrow night is the premiere and I think I might die. We are staying in a hotel and fans are already waiting outside.

"Hey you okay?" Theo turns to me.

"Fine." I gulp.

"You look like you're gonna throw up. You're super pale." He looks at me with concern.

"Theo, I'm fine. I promise." I sigh.

He grabs my hand and rubs circles with his thumb. I give up and lean onto his shoulder. My eyes slowly close and I fall into a deep sleep.

Theo's POV~

I'm pretty sure Shai is nervous about this premiere. I want her to relax. Maybe we can watch a movie and order room service. She's my best friend and I hate seeing her this way.

"Shai, wake up." I nudge her with my shoulder; we finally landed and it's around 8:00 PM.

"I can't with the paparazzi." She gets up and grabs her back pack.

I give her my sweat shirt and she puts it on.

"Here." I put her sun glasses on her, they were from an interview.

I put my pair on and grab her hand. We exit the plane and now in the airport. That's when I felt Shai tense up when police surrounded us blocking the paparazzi.

"Shai over here!"

"Theo are you dating Ruth?"

"Is sheo forming!"

"Shai you have a boyfriend?" They all shout.

Shailene leaned in closer, obviously aggravated by the media and I held her closer.

"Ignore them." I whispered and she nodded.

Shailene's POV~

I was very angry with cameras flashing in my face and questions being thrown about me. I'm just a human, I have my own personal life and some people don't get that. I crawl into the car and Theo joins me.

I lean my head on his shoulder and he rubs my arm, "I get that it's their job but must they be so loud and rude?"

"Bloody hell, I thought they'd never shut up." He chuckles and I laugh as well.

"It's annoying, I feel like I can never go anywhere without disguising myself. Ansel is already planning on me wearing a wig to watch The Fault In Our Stars in the theatre." I giggle and Theo looks at me.

"I hope you're feeling better than before, you didn't look well on the plane." Theo pulls a strand of hair back and I sigh.

"Nerves get the best of me sometimes. I mean, the book series is pretty popular and I just don't want to disappoint the fans." I decided to be honest, it was Theo after all.

"Don't worry about, they'll love it. The movie is phenomenal." Theo pulls me closer and I decided to agree with him.

Soon enough, I had fallen into a peaceful slumber.
