Chapter Ten: I Might Have Feelings For You Too

Theo POV~

My mind is a mess. Ruth thinks that I'm cheating on her. I would never do that, she's so different now. Before she was totally chill but now she always has an attitude with everyone and everything.

But with Shai, she's a natural beauty. She doesn't care what other people say, she would walk naked if anything! Plus I have been developing feelings towards her ever since we went hiking.

"Theo." Shai moves on my lap.

I didn't even feel her and she was snuggled into the crook of my neck. It felt so right.

"Hm?" I yawn.

"I'm the girl aren't I?" She looks into my eyes.

How did she know? Was it that obvious? I just wanted to keep my feelings to myself.

"What are you talking about?" I rub my eyes.

"Theodore." She growls.

"Yes Shailene. You are." I cover my face to hide my embarrassment.

Shailene's POV~

I was right. I'm the one. I get off his lap and walk into the bathroom. We are landing in half an hour and I need to think this through.

Theo and I, Ruth will be gone. My feelings for Theo? He's hilarious, he's sensitive too. And he always protects me. All of a sudden, my heart starts beating fast and my cheeks are beat red.

I look into the mirror and see myself smiling. I have feelings for Theo James! I knew I've always been attracted towards him but never suggested us to be more than friends. He always had and still does have Ruth.

"Shai, I'm sorry. I should have kept it to myself." Theo pleads when I walk out.

Screw it, I don't care.

For some reason, I want to kiss him. So what do I do? I run into his arms and kiss him.

His soft lips met mine. He picks me up and I wrap my legs around his waist. My heart might explode. Our lips moved to a rhythm of love. This feels like fate.

The kiss became deeper and hungrier, as if we've both have been waiting for this exact moment. My fingers ran threw his soft brown hair and his lips kissed down my neck, pleasuring me each time.

I pull away and Theo sets me down. My eyes stare into his and I say, "I might have feelings for you too.

"Thank god." He leans down and kisses me in a sweet but intense kiss.
