Chapter Eighteen: Six Months..

A few months have passed on and it's December 2014. In a couple of weeks, it will be Christmas. The public have started to seen Theo and I together a lot lately, however we still deny the fact we are dating. It's something personal that we both want to keep to our selves.

Tonight is the Insurgent wrap party, Theo and I will meet up with our friends at the club called "Jaguar". I have no idea why we want to go, but it's another chance for us to see our friends and cast mates.

"Shai, you almost ready?" Theo comes in shirtless.

I'm standing in front of my closet, trying to pick the most comfiest outfit for the night. Theo and I have been staying at his apartment for the time being, therefore I keep my clothes here.

"After I find something to wear.." I begin picking out a black crop top, with a bra underneath.

Afterwards, I add black pants. . Then I add black heels, we were told that there will be pictures tonight.

"You look beautiful love." Theo comes from behind me, kissing my bare skin.

I turn around, seeing that Theo has his black suit on, with a red tie. I smile, realizing how handsome my boyfriend is. We've been dating since July, finally six months.

"So do you handsome. Ready to go?" I brush my hair, leaving it natural.

"Wait one minute.." Theo brings his lips to mine, kissing them gently.

He always knows how to make happy and to show me his love and affection.

"Theo.." I sigh.

"Alright let's go." He grabs my hand, smirking while he's at it.

We jump into Theo's jeep, blasting the radios top hits. I begin to sing along, having some fun because I have no idea how tonight is going to end up. Hopefully Theo won't end up drunk.

We make it  to the club and end up with Zoé and Miles. Theo thinks they have a "thing" going on, I can't disagree with that. Theo and I smile at each other, seeing that they came together.

"So, you guys together or..?" Theo's  voice trails off.

Zoé blushes and says, "We don't know, let's see after tonight!"

I giggle and grab Theo's hand. That's when photographers jumped in, taking pictures of all four of us. We pose and then they ask for couple pictures.

One interviewer asked if we were dating, I look at Theo and he says, "The world may never know."

Theo's POV~

I answer the question, looking into Shailene's eyes; looking for a response.

"The world may never know." And I rub Shailene's lower back, to make her feel comfortable.

We head into the club, I'm not looking to get drunk tonight. I rather stay sober and enjoy my time with Shai. I'm thrilled that we've been together for six months. She makes me happy, happier than I was with Ruth. I feel alive with Shai.

"Thank you." She pecks my cheek, I really wish we could make out. Damn it Theo.

I let Shailene and Zoé have some girl time with each other since they won't see one another in three months, until the premiere. Miles and I receive two bud lights for both of us, one for our ladies.

We make our way back to them, handing them their drinks. Shai smiles and I open it for her. She's not really a drinker, but I'm straight up Vodka.

I watch her as she takes a few sips and then she winces. Miles and I chuckle at her reaction.

"Hey, I rarely drink!" She laughs, her nose scrunching up makes her so adorable.

I hold her close to me, my hand touching the bare skin of her hipbone. Our friends know about us, keeping our secret and enjoying it together.

"You guys make the best couple. I have wanted you two together since you met!" Zoé laughs.

"Yeah, it only took a f**king year!" Miles is now on his second bottle.

Shai laughs and I begin to trace circles on her hip. I know it soothes her and she only likes it when I do it. I'm glad I have that kind of affect on her.

"What are we doing later tonight?" Shai asks, fixing my tie.

"I don't care, tell me when you want to leave and we will." I smirk and she grins.

Tonight is a lovely night, but it's only getting started.
