"J, are you listening?"

Napaangat ako ng tingin when I heard Patrice spoke.

"Yes."

Nandito kase kami sa bahay namin, tumambay na lang muna.

Si Sam kase dito lang din siya sa iisang village nakatira, si Patrice naman nagdodorm sa university kaya wala namang problema kung magkakasama kami.

Friday ngayon and half day kami dahil may urgent meeting ang mga professors namin.

"So, as I was saying that we should have a bonding with the SSC Officers here in your house." sabi ni Sam.

"Wow, kayo pa talagang hindi part ng council ang nakapagsabi niyan." ungot ko.

"Who says na council lang? We should include the whole football team too. Since the two of us are players." Patrice retorted.

"And what will be your part now, Alvarez?" bawi ko kay Sam.

"I'm throwing the party and incase you forgot, I'm your bestfriend." she confidently replied. "We deserve the party before the University Cup started." she added.

"Any objections?" Patrice asked. Wala akong magagawa minsan kapag nagkasundo sila eh. The only choice is to say yes to them.

"Oh, great now I don't have the reason to set an excuse. Okay, I'll inform my parents now." sabi ko at kinuha ko ang phone ko calling mom, the superior of the family.

Calling Mommy...

"Yes, LJ?" she sweetly answered the call.

"Ma, favor."

"What is it?"

"Sam and Patrice wants to throw a party here in our house tomorrow with the SC Officers and my teammates."

"Finally, you decided to enjoy." she exclaimed. "Okay, tell your brother about it so he can help you to prepare and do you have a budget?"

"Don't worry about the expenses, mom. Sam and Pat will handle. I just need your permission."

"Granted. Just enjoy, we're extended for a week here. I love you, J." she sweetly said.

"I love you too, mom. Take care." I spoke as I hang up the call.

Bumaling ako ng tingin kela Sam at Patrice na ang lalaki ng ngiti.

"So, are we in?!" Sam excitedly said.

"Yeah, mom agreed." I plainly said.

"I smell party!" sabay na sabi nila Sam at Pat, these girls dito lang naman sila nagkakasundo.

"I will inform the team." sabi ni Pat. "At ikaw, text Alison." she added.

At yun na nga.

Nagplano na sila ng gagawin nila para bukas.

Inaapprove ko lang mga plano nila dahil wala naman akong hilig sa pagpaplano ng party na ganyan.

Mga kaibigan ko lang naman ang mga promotor dito.

Lahat naman ng teammates and co-officers namin darating daw, kaya itong dalawa dito na sa bahay nag overnight.

"I called Alison para may back up tayo bukas. And she said that Andrea will come to help also." sabi ni Patrice sa akin habang nakaupo sa kama ko.

Napantig ang tenga ko sa sinabi ni Patrice.

Bakit halos nawala sa isip ko na wala akong kawala dahil kasama si Lazaro sa parehong group na invited sa party.
