Cherry's POV
At the funeral, I clung to Shawn pretty much the whole time. I didn't wanna leave his side. He tried his best comforting me, but all I really wanted was for him to hold me and tell me it was all a bad dream, but he couldn't, cause it wasn't. I had to go up and give a speech about my father. I took a deep breath, and spoke with a shaky voice. "My father, was the best person you could ever meet. He was kind, honest, loyal. And he was the friendliest man you'd have ever met. But, he was also, the kind of man who wouldn't take crap from any other person."

Shawn's POV
"He was, my number one role model, always, throughout my entire life. I am going to miss him, more than anything in the world." Cherry spoke shakily on the stage. "I loved my father, just like all of you here, and I'm sure that, if he was here with us, he'd say somethin funny like 'why are y'all all sad, you should be celebratin! I know I'm celebratin up here!'" She mocked her dads voice and laughed. Everyone else laughed solemnly. "All jokes aside, daddy, if you can hear me, I love you, all of us here love you, and the folks that wanted to be here today, but couldn't, they love you too. We miss you. you're always gonna be here. Thank you." She said and walked down to her seat next to me. "That was great." I whispered. "You think so?" She asked. "Yeah I do." "Good, cause it took everything I had not to cry up there." She said shakily. After the funeral we went to her trailer and packed up all her stuff. Put almost all of the stuff in there, into storage. And all her stuff got moved to Cory's house.
