"UHM GUYS.. ARE YOU REALLY LETTING THE TWO CRIMINALS GET AWAY?"

A sudden pause hovered your noise until a louder noise was heard near. You all quickly made your way into the road beside the streets.

People was running on the complete opposite direction of the road as if zombies were chasing them. You glanced at the road and saw a black, luxurious and fine-looking car going straight into the middle of the road.

The male person driving in the car seemed unbothered at the fact he is actually bumping all the cars going in his way. "What the frick! That's completely illegal!"

You took a forward step but your brother stopped you from geting closer and towered you down, his arm refraining you from moving closer at the scene. "B-Brother! If we don't take action, the society will-"

Without you even realizing a blunt second ago, you saw a women holding her child beside on the hand while trying their best to run off the road at the wrong timing.

The child tripped on its shoes by a stone and fell down, injuring its leg by accident. The mother, of course coudn't just leave her child alone on the road like that. And the black car- was about to kill them!

You stomped on your brother's shoes, not caring how hard you did it and started sprinting towards the two innocent people.

"(Y-Y/n)! STOP RIGHT THERE!!--"

You pierced your eyes at the black car heading towards you, at your back was the poor mother and her child that was both crying in fear.

As the car was about to hit you, you flinched and shouted, "I demand you to halt this car right this instant!!!"

And just like that, the car stopped but instead bumped on a light pole near the road on the streets. You sweatdropped and you were trying to process what just happened in your brain. "Eh?!--"

"Miss! Are you alright?" you snapped yourself out from your thoughts while turning your back and helping the two figures. Kamei and Kato started jogging towards you.

Kato pinched your nose, infuriated again at you. "What are you thinking again?! Do you really wanna die?! You almost gave me a heart attack!--"

"Kamei, bring them to the nearest hospital already. The child is badly injured." you commanded and Kamei nodded without hesitating.

After they left, you turned towards your brother again and looked at him with furrowed eyebrows.

"Brother, I know you just want me to be safe but, someone almost died! And as an officer, you're just going to stand there and wait for them to be smashed into blood?! Who's not thinking now?!-"
