Ch.14

Harry

After what happened in the restaurant Louis let me have a minute to let my anger out in the car. It was good to just sit there for a second without him asking if I was okay because that's all everyone does.
We walk in with the food and the boys are still down stairs.
"Foods here!" I yell and they come running up.
But before they make there way to the kitchen where I was putting the food I took my medicine bottle from the counter and put it in my cabinet, while Louis was taking the food out.
He just looks at me after and looks away.
The boys come running in.
"Nandossss!!!" Niall yells and makes me laugh.
"Okay we can either watch the game and eat outside or inside here?" I ask.
"You have a tv outside?" Zayn asks.
"Yea but I've never used it before." I shrug.
"Outside!!" They all yell.
We bring the food outside and some beer and turn the game on.
"I'm gonna get some wood for the fire pit." I say and they nod eating their food.
I walk over to the shed and go inside to get some wood.
I have a horrible itch on my wrist I need to cut so bad it's an addiction. But I can't right now I have to wait for them to leave.
I grab the wood and walk back over.
I start the fire that is in the middle of our circle of seats on the patio.
The game ends and we are all still sitting outside.
We've each had a few beers each but we are barely tipsy.
"What do we do know?" I say.
"TRUTH OR DARE!!!" Niall's yells.
"And if you turn it down you have to take a shot." I add.
I quickly run down to the basement to grab some vodka and shot glasses.
I come back up with them and everyone gets excited.
"Okay let's start. Niall truth or dare?" I ask.
"Dare." He says.
"I dare you to go jump the fence naked to my neighbors yard knock on the back door and run back." I say.
"Okay."
We are all laughing while he strips down into nothing and tries to jump the fence and when he succeeds he knocks in the door and sprints back tumbling in the grass.
He came back out of breath and we all laugh.
"That's a shot for you Harry!!" He yells.
I take the shot glass fill it up and down the shot.
"Okay Harry truth or dare?" Niall asks.
"Truth?" I say.
"Do you have a girlfriend?" He asks.
I can feel my face getting red.
"Um no" I say truthfully.
"Shot for you Niall!" And he accepts it.
We keep playing and we all are pretty drunk.
We just play around telling funny stories. But mostly them because I'm still awkward around them. Although it has nothing to do with them, I'm just an awkward person in general when it comes to new friendships.

After awhile we are pretty sobered up.
"Okay we should head out" Zayn says.
"Are you completely sober?" I ask.
"Yea it's okay I'll drive them I didn't drink as much as they did" Louis pipes in.
"Okay can I get your guys numbers?" I ask.
"Yea here." Louis hands me his phone and I add my number.
"Okay I'll send you the boys numbers later." He says.
"Okay text me when you get back" I say and wave them goodbye.
Once they leave I clean up all the food and drinks.
Then I get a text from Louis.

Louis: we all got home safe and I have the boys your number.

Me: okay thank you!

Louis: are you okay from what happened today?

Me: yea I'm fine. Good night.

I will be fine.
I walk upstairs to shower and change.
Finally.
I pull my razor out and slide it against my skin. I do it 10 more times until I start to feel a little dizzy. That's when I know I need to stop.
As I'm cleaning up I look over across the hall to see her room.
I just wish I can go in there. Maybe one day I can.
I can't even look at the door it just makes me shiver.
I miss her.
I miss you Gemma.
