Ch.19

Harry

"Okay" I say.
"So Gemma is my sister. She used to live here with me actually. While I was in school. She didn't want me to be alone. She was more than just my sister." I say.
They all look at me shocked like they thought I was gonna say something else.
"She was my best friend we told each other literally everything. She meant the world to me, she was my other half." I say looking down.
They all look at me not saying anything it's reassuring actually.
"But about 10 months ago, I uh went to her room. To um wake her up and s-she didn't."
I saw Niall's face go pale.
"That's why when Niall something about someone dying in there I freaked out. But don't blame yourself lad I would have reacted that way either way."
He walks over with tears in his eyes. And gives me a big hug.
"Gosh I'm such an idiot I'm so sorry Haz." He says.
"It's okay Ni" I say.
"Okay so after I found her. I didn't think she was well dead. But when I couldn't see her breathing I called 911. And they took her away and after that day I have never gone in that room again it has been untouched. Not even my mom couldn't no one." I say.
"I'm so sorry Haz I just wish I knew." Liam said.
They all came over to me and group hugged.
"I'm fine now okay? We are all good. It's not her room anymore it's Zayns." I say.
"Well I'm sure it's dried now so let's do the next coat." I say.
We bring a few more beers upstairs and start working on the second coat.
Once we are done with painting we cleaned and scrubbed every single inch of the room. Well expect the painted walls of course.
After scrubbing everything from the tiny indents in the door which she could have touched to the floor 5 times. The paint was dried.
"Okay let's decorate!" I say.
We bring up the mattress frame and built in the the room.
Next we dragged the brand new mattress into the room and put it on the frame.
Next we put the head board up and then we put the new sheets and comforter. It was a light gray color and the sheets were white. I put on a few pillow and bought some smaller ones for decoration.
After I brought up the two night stands putting it on both sides.
And I put a lamp and both.
Next we bring up the dresser it took a while for that to be done because we had to build it. After we put up some paintings, new curtains, blinds, I also put new hangers in the closet.
I added a new full length mirror.
And it was finally done at 12 in morning.
"Oh my god we're finally done." I say.
"That took ages but it's looks great Haz." Zayn says.
"Well welcome to your new room zaynie!!" I said and grinned.
"Okay well I know you guys still have some boxes here from the truck, but how about tomorrow we bring everything in?" I ask.
"Sounds good but we should get home we need to shower and change but how about tomorrow at 9?" Louis says.
"Perfect." I say.
I wave them off and say goodnight.
Finally.
I take a shower and do my usual cut routine it helps. I have been trying to be happy all day.
After I just go to sleep.
