The nurse came into Quinn's room and Eric shook Quinn awake when the nurse said that Quinn had a visitor who was eager to see her.

"What's going on?" Quinn asked sleepily.

"You have a visitor." Eric explained.

Quinn yawned and nodded. Mr. Rembarc came into the hospital room. Quinn sat upright immediately. Maybe she had arranged closing the theater with her father, but he still didn't approve of Quinn's relationship with Eric.

"What do you want?" Quinn asked.

"I wanted to make sure you were okay. What is he doing here with you?" Mr. Rembarc turned his attention into Eric.

"He's here to make sure that I'm okay. You're not. What do you really want?" Quinn questioned.

"To take you home. The doctor said you're good to go, and I don't want you hanging out with these people anymore." Mr. Rembarc glances at Eric briefly before turning back to Quinn.

"No." Quinn shook her head.

"Excuse me?" Mr. Rembarc raised his eyebrows.

"These people care about me. These are the ones that actually see me for who I am. Yes, you helped me with the theater, but that's all you've ever done for me. You hate Eric. You hate Phoenix. I hate you." Quinn looked directly into her father's eyes.

"Get home right now." Mr. Rembarc grimaced.

"No!" Quinn screamed. She jumped back at the volume of her voice. She kept going. "This is my life! I am sick and tired of you and mom getting to control it! You had your chance to live your life! Let me live mine!" Quinn yelled.

Mr. Rembarc stood there for a brief moment staring at his daughter. He straightened the collar of his suit, nodded curtly, and left.

Eric and Phoenix didn't know what to say. "You don't have to say anything." Quinn read their minds.

"Yes I do. I have to tell you about what happened." Phoenix reminded her.

"Oh yeah." Quinn nodded.

Phoenix explained everything including Daniel following her. By the end of the story, Eric and Quinn's mouths were on the floor.

"You're joking." Eric gasped.

"I wish I was." Phoenix shook her head.

"We have to go." Quinn realized.

"What? Why?" Eric asked.

"The doctor said I can go. Daniel is on the run again. Alice and Billy are after us. All three of them know exactly where all three of us are. We need to get to someplace safe with the people we trust." Quinn explained.

"Why can't we just stay the three of us?" Phoenix asked.

"Because the more people we have on our side the better." Eric said before Quinn even opened her mouth.

"Oh my god. Quinn, how are you getting through all of this? You're pregnant." Phoenix reminded Eric and Quinn.

"Oh my god. I forgot I was pregnant!" Quinn clamped a hand over her mouth. Phoenix widened her eyes, and Quinn got changed back into her regular clothes. They left that night and gathered up the people that they trusted.

"I'm sorry about your dad." Eric whispered to Quinn while he was driving and Phoenix was on her phone texting people.

"He's always been a jerk to me. Never like a father. I'm glad I yelled at him. Hopefully he stays away." Quinn looked up at Eric. Eric didn't look back. He was driving.

Eric had pulled up at Phoenix's house. Phoenix had suggested it because Alice and Billy didn't know where it was, and her mom wouldn't care.

"My mom is probably in her room, so we can go in my room, and she won't care." Phoenix got out of the car and everyone else followed her.

Phoenix was right. Sasha was in her room and she didn't even know that the three of them had slipped into Phoenix's room.

"Who did you invite?" Quinn asked.

"As many people as I could. They should all be here in five minutes." Phoenix explained.

"Okay." Eric nodded. No one said a word. They were all thinking things in their head about how to keep themselves safe.

A couple minutes later, no one had come.

"Phoenix, are you sure that anyone's coming?" Eric asked.

"Yes. They all said that they would." Phoenix nodded.

No one came that day. Or the day after that. Soon enough, the three had to believe that no one was coming.

"Now what?" Quinn asked.

"Well, we'll just have to come up with a plan without their help." Phoenix sighed.

"Phoenix you don't think that Alice and Billy could've gotten them, do you?" Quinn questioned.

"No. There's nothing to worry about." Eric said when Phoenix didn't answer.

"Then let's get planning." Quinn said.

"What are we even planning for? As far as we know, no one is even out to get us." Eric pointed out.

There was a knock on the door. Eric instinctively blocked Quinn from harms way.

"Wow thanks Eric." Phoenix rolled her eyes.

"Your mom." Quinn jumped out from behind Eric and barreled down the stairs. "Sasha don't answer the door!" she screamed when Sasha had walked right toward the door.

"Why not?" Sasha asked nervously.

Eric came running after Quinn with Phoenix right behind her. Eric looked out the window and saw Alice standing there with a box.

"It's Alice. We have to go before things get messy." Eric scratched his head.

"Mom, that girl is the person we're running from. She's trying to kill us, and if you're in her way, she won't hesitate. Come with us." Phoenix grabbed her mom's hand.

"Not when the male species is traveling with you." Sasha sneered.

"Mom! Come on!" Phoenix grabbed Sasha's hand and they took off to the basement as soon as Alice had kicked down the door.
