Now that Sasha was Quinn's legal guardian, Quinn did everything with her and Phoenix.

The first stop they made as a new family was go to Quinn's old house to pick up all of her things and to tell the news to Quinn's parents.

"Hi Tod. Hi Gina." Quinn walked inside after punching in the code to their door.

"That's mom and dad to you Quinn. Nice to see you." Mrs. Rembarc rolled her eyes.

"Actually as of two hours, it is not mom and dad anymore. Sasha is my new legal guardian." Quinn presented a piece of paper that showed it all.

"Why would you do this to us Quinn?" Mrs. Rembarc stood up.

"You never treated me as though I was human. These people are my real family. Maybe when you realize that I am a free person who doesn't need to be controlled, I'll come back. But for now, I'm with them." Quinn went into her room painted white.

She packed a few things and then met Sasha and Phoenix outside in Sasha's car.

"How'd it go?" Phoenix asked from the front seat.

"I feel so bad. But this was the right thing to do." Quinn nodded.

"I understand how you're feeling." Sasha turned around from the driver's seat. "When I was younger I ran away from home, and I used to regret it every day but then I realized that I did the right thing and that I turned up better than I would've with my family."

"Yeah. Hopefully that feeling kicks in soon." Quinn laughed.

"Where to ladies?" Sasha asked.

"The mall. Now that Quinn is living with us, she's going to need a few pairs of fishnets." Phoenix squealed.

"Oh god." Quinn rolled her eyes.

Sasha pulled away from Quinn's house and they arrived at the mall about half an hour later.

Quinn sprung out of the car. "I love the mall." she explained to Sasha.

The three marched towards the mall excitedly.

"I'm probably going to be getting some new fishnets. I chewed a hole in the other pair that I had." Phoenix explained.

"Why am I not surprised?" Quinn asked. "I'm getting a new dress."

"Why do you bother with dresses?" Phoenix questioned.

"Formal occasions." Quinn answered.

"You're wearing a skirt right now." Phoenix pointed out.

"Well this is a formal day. I just got adopted. You could say." Quinn shrugged her head.

Phoenix nodded and they walked inside the mall entrance. Thousands of people littered the inside and hundreds of stores were piled next to each other.

This was the most famous mall in all of the state and a lot of people came here to get different things.

Quinn ran into Eric who was shopping for his mom's birthday and Quinn told him the good news.

"That's so great!" Eric hugged Quinn tightly.

"I know! Now we can have someplace to keep the baby because I know that my actual mom and dad would never allow the baby to stay there." Quinn rambled.

"Wait. We're keeping it?" Eric asked.

"That's what I thought we were doing. Is it?" Quinn questioned nervously.

"If that's what you want. Pretend I wasn't here. What would you do?" Eric asked.

"If you weren't here I wouldn't have this baby." Quinn laughed. "But I would keep it. I couldn't just get rid of it."

"Then we'll keep it. Eric and Quinn are keeping this baby. And I'll come over to Sasha's whenever I can to see the baby." Eric nodded.

"You can stay if you'd like." Sasha and Phoenix walked over.

"What?" Eric asked.

"When the baby comes. You're welcome to stay that way you don't have to go back and forth. We have a guest room." Sasha explained.

"That'd be great. Thanks." Eric smiled.

"So it's settled. I'll see you later. We're going to go shopping!" Quinn kissed Eric and waved goodbye.

"So things are going well with you and Eric?" Phoenix asked as they left Phoenix's mom behind.

"Yeah. Great actually. Despite all the curveballs." Quinn rolled her eyes. "What about you and Daniel?"

"Fine I guess. Not interesting anymore though. We have nothing more to talk about and it's getting irritating." Phoenix sighed.

"Then come up with things to talk about." Quinn shrugged.

"It's not as easy as that." Phoenix sighed while following Quinn into Hot Topic.

"I didn't know that you liked this place." Phoenix found a row of fishnets.

"They have the best things. Disney, shoes, Stranger Things, Riverdale, Harry Potter, and skater skirts." Quinn found a rack of colorful skirts.

"Oh geez." Phoenix rolled her eyes.

A couple minutes later Phoenix came out of the store to meet her mom with a small bag with a pair of fishnets in them.

Quinn came out two minutes later with three huge bags. "Must've got excited." Quinn pointed at the bags.

"Why did that take so long?" Phoenix asked.

"My card got declined and we had to call the bank." Quinn laughed.

They got home, did a fashion show for Sasha, and then fell fast asleep. It had been a long day in Phoenix and Quinn's world.
