Elle, and Mona sat down on Phoenix's bed like they had been there a thousand times. The three people in Elle's car were Tanner, Crystal, and this guy named Manny. Manny was tall, had long hair and looked homeless.
In the other car, the driver was Rebecca. Henry was in the passenger seat. The three kids crammed in the back were this guy named Slade who was pretty tall, and wore a hat. Then there was Gabriel who had longish hair, and wore an orange sweatshirt. Last but not least there was Ram who was significantly shorter and younger than the other guys. He was one of the coolest guys at Wonderlust Theater, and he had chin length black hair.
"What do you mean you're here to help?" Phoenix asked.
"Do you know something that we don't?" Quinn questioned.
"Yes. We know how to get more people to sign that thing of yours." Mona gestured to the piece of paper in Eric's hand.
"It's called a petition." Eric corrected.
"Whatever it is, we need something that will really convince people to sign it. Something with a little more jazz." Elle suggested.
"And what would that be?" Quinn wondered.
"Sob stories. Anyone have any?" Mona asked.
"Plenty. None that I am willing to share with you." Daniel rolled his eyes.
"Yeah, why are you guys even here?" Phoenix questioned.
"We told you. We want to help. Half of us were dragged here but we believe in what you guys are doing." Manny shrugged.
Everyone talked for hours and rewrote the petition. Three hours later, everything was ready. Everyone had been working hard on the petition and some people were even wiped out on Phoenix's bed.
"Are we done yet?" Slade questioned.
"Yes. Just finished. Thanks for all the help." Quinn rolled her eyes.
"Alright guys. We need to get to Mr. Rembarc's office. So, we all need to leave. My mom already knows that everyone is here. People need to leave two at a time. Possibly three. If we all leave in one giant pack she'll get suspicious." Phoenix explained.
"Alright. Me and Eric will go first." Quinn suggested.
"Okay. We'll all meet you at the car." Kris nodded.
Quinn and Eric ran down the stairs, and said their goodbyes to Sasha.
"Oh. Wait a second guys. Can I talk to you two for a second?" Sasha came out from the kitchen.
"Depends on what it's about." Quinn laughed.
"You two. I'm worried about your relationship if you can call it that." Sasha sat them down on stools in her kitchen.
"You can call it that." Eric said.
"Can we leave?" Quinn asked.
"No. Sometimes when guys and girls get together they..." Sasha raised her eyebrows.
"Oh god." Quinn buried her face in her hand.
"So you have?" Sasha's eyes widened.
"No." Eric's voice got high.
"How was it Quinn? Is he good?" Sasha leaned over the counter.
"I think I'm going to be sick." Quinn gagged.
"Fine. We don't have to talk about it. Just make sure that you're always safe." Sasha instructed.
"Always." Eric nodded weakly.
Sasha smiled. Quinn swallowed and the two of them left.
"Oh my god. That was just about the most awkward moment of my life." Eric told Quinn once they were in the car.
"Definitely." Quinn agreed. "It's not like we're not being safe."
Just then Kris and Mimi ran outside. She saw Eric in the driver's seat and Quinn in the passenger's seat.
"What's wrong with you two? Normally you can't keep your hands off each other." Mimi and Kris slipped into the backseat. Quinn looked away.
"We're fine. Who's coming next?" Eric asked.
"Well I know that Phoenix and Daniel are coming down last. Maybe Mona and Elle?" Kris guessed.
Mona, Manny, and Elle walked out of the house and stopped in front of Eric's car.
"We'll be in the cars we came in. I think Gabriel and Ram are coming out next followed by Rebecca and Henry. Then Slade, Tanner, and Crystal." Elle explained. Eric nodded.
"Seriously, are you guys okay?" Mimi asked again after everyone had left.
"Just grossed out." Quinn shook her head.
Sure enough, Gabriel and Ram came out next. Shortly followed by Rebecca and Henry.
Henry stopped by the passenger window of Eric's car. Quinn rolled down the window.
"Listen, I understand how some people are blaming you and saying that you knew about this. I don't. You will be completely welcome at Wonderlust Theater once this is all over. It's not your fault." Henry smiled.
"Thank you." Quinn responded. Rebecca scoffed. Rebecca and Manny were siblings, but they weren't exactly the same.
Once everyone was in their positions in their cars including Phoenix and Daniel, Daniel led the way to the mayor's office.
"What are you going to tell your dad?" Eric whispered to Quinn.
"That he doesn't deserve to be mayor if he's not going to listen to the people." Quinn muttered.
"Hey love birds, you have something to want to share to the whole class?" Mimi tapped her foot.
"No-." Eric started.
"Yes. I'm ready to take down my dad even if it means taking down myself." Quinn finished.
Kris laughed. "I don't think it will come to that, but good for you."
