"No way, no way, no way, no way. What are you going to do?" Phoenix paced around her room.
"I have no idea. It's huge, and I don't know." Quinn closed her eyes.
Phoenix stopped pacing. "I'm going to get changed." Phoenix grabbed a pair of pajamas from her drawer and then left the room.
Quinn got changed too, and then they were in their usual position in their bed. "Quinn-."
"I don't want to talk about it." Quinn shook her head.
"Okay." Phoenix replied.
They stared into the darkness of Phoenix's room. "When are you telling anyone?" Phoenix asked.
"I don't know." Quinn sighed.
"Want to play truth or dare?" Phoenix questioned.
"Yeah." Quinn straightened up.
"Truth or dare?" Phoenix asked.
"Truth." Quinn said.
"Is it true that you love Eric?" Phoenix questioned.
"Yes." Quinn nodded. "Truth or dare?"
"Dare." Phoenix raised her eyebrows.
"I dare you to call Miguel and tell him that your mom wants him home for a booty call." Quinn snickered.
"Come on!" Phoenix texted Miguel and he answered right away. "He said he'll be right over." Phoenix giggled. "Truth or dare."
"Dare." Quinn grinned.
"I dare you to tell Eric what you just told me." Phoenix said. Quinn's jaw dropped. "It'll be good for you. He's going to need to know sometime soon."
"Okay." Quinn picked up her phone. Her hand was shaking. Phoenix watched eagerly.
She went to contacts and called Eric. "Hey!" Eric's voice cheered.
"Hi." Quinn tried to sound as happy as he was.
"It's late. What's up?" Eric asked.
"I have to tell you something." Quinn swallowed. They talked for a little bit. Eric hung up.
"So?" Phoenix asked.
"He needs time." Quinn explained.
"Sure." Phoenix nodded. The girls went to sleep, and when they woke up it was 3:00 pm.
"Oh geez." Quinn got up. "I was supposed to meet Eric at 3:30. You have to go to the hospital." Quinn grabbed some clothes and left the room.
Phoenix groaned and got out of bed. She willingly changed into some fishnets, and jean shorts. She threw on the first shirt she found which said VEGAN on it, and she met Quinn downstairs.
Quinn was dressed to impress with a red scoop neck tee, and white jeans with rips on the knees.
"Why are you wearing heels?" Phoenix pointed at Quinn's obnoxious red heels.
"They make me look taller." Quinn explained while taking waffles out of the toaster oven, and combing her hair with her fingers.
"Aren't you 5"7?" Phoenix asked.
"Yes, but Eric is 6"2. I need to look taller." Quinn stood up straight.
"Okay well you seem pretty tall to me." Phoenix grabbed a waffle from Quinn. Quinn grabbed her wallet and phone from the counter, waved goodbye, and walked out the door.
"Where did Quinn go?" Sasha came downstairs.
"Arcade no doubt. With Eric." Phoenix mumbled through a mouthful of waffles.
"Nice." Sasha handed her daughter a napkin.
Quinn got to the arcade 2 minutes late, and she scurried inside. She put her wallet in her back pocket and started to play...
"Galaga. Finally switched to the good stuff." Eric nodded approvingly.
"Yeah. I'm sorry." Quinn turned to him.
Eric gave her a hug and Quinn was relieved. "It's not your fault."
"So, you don't hate me?" Quinn asked hopefully.
"No! Not at all." Eric shook his head quickly.
"Okay good because I was feeling guilty all day, and phew." Quinn sat down against the Galaga machine.
"Hey, are you going to be okay?" Eric asked.
"Yeah. Me? I'll be fine. I mean without you it'll be impossible, but I'm sure we'll find other people." Quinn wiped away a tear.
"We're not breaking up." Eric laughed.
"Oh god, good!" Quinn sighed.
"I'm going to be a father." Eric realized.
"We're going to be parents." Quinn grabbed Eric's hand. "Kinda scary."
"Kinda?" Eric panicked.
"We'll figure it out." Quinn assured him.
"When are we going to make this public?" Eric asked.
"Wow, I'm sure lots of people would love to know that the mayors daughter Quinn Rembarc is pregnant as a teen. I'm not even married." Quinn stood up.
"Are you suggesting...?"
"No. No of course not. This could be the perfect scandal for my father. To bring him down." Quinn grabbed Eric and they ran to the newspaper.
"Pregnant? Wow." an editor gaped.
"Yes. I know I'm very young, but me and Eric can handle it. E. R. I. C. Make sure you add that in. I'm a teen. So I'll be a teen mom. That's Rembarc. R. E. M. B."
Quinn talked."Yes I know how to spell it. Thank you. We'll add it to tomorrow's paper. Front page." the editor grinned.
Quinn squealed and ran outside to Eric. "We're in. Tomorrow. Front page." Quinn jumped up and down.
"Time to bring your father down." Eric nodded.
"Who would've thought it would be with our unborn child?" Quinn laughed. Eric smirked.
