Addison's POV
Addison was ready. She was ready to find her pack. She had always felt out of place. Maybe today was the day she found her place. The day she found her family.

She held a neckless. It had leather straps leading to a white circle. All around the circle were metal bars keeping the circle steady. It was a moonstone neckless. Essential for werewolves to live.

Moonstone necklesses had to be charged. The only way to charge the necklesses was to put them against the source, the moonstone.

The werewolves hadn't charged their necklesses in a long time.

When the first settlers came to Seabrook, they found savage beasts, werewolves, surrounding them. They were scarred so they found a huge stone they had seen the werewolves going to. They realized it was important to the werewolves so they took it and hid it.

The werewolves were devastated, they had lost their source of power but they had hope. A prophecy spoke of The Great Alpha, a werewolf with white hair, would lead them to the moonstone.

They all cast their hopes on this Great Alpha and waited. They watched for a werewolf to be born with a full head of white hair but she never came. Some lost hope of this Great Alpha. The others told the prophecy to their children and grandchildren.

The werewolves faded into myths and legends in the human world. They forgot that they had stolen the werewolves lives.

They built Seabrook into a bustling town. It was perfect and everyone fit in. Until Seabrook power exploded. Some lime soda spilt and a green haze affected everyone it touched.

It made them into zombies! That's right a zombie apocalypse! Soon the humans came up with the z-band. A band that soothed zombies and let them live normal lives. They were integrated back into human life 50 years later.

Addison had met the zombie teenagers and realized they were just like her. She helped them when no one else would and even got a boyfriend.

She felt happy but not everything was right. Addison had white hair. Her parents wouldn't explain it but made her cover it up. She had obeyed for years but then let it out, horrifying her parents.

The werewolves came to Seabrook and found Addison. They were looking for the moonstone and their white haired Great Alpha. They believed Addison was a werewolf, the Great Alpha!

There were high stakes for Addison. If she put the neckless on and nothing happened, the werewolves couldn't be her pack. She would never truly be one of them. She would still be alone.

Everything pointed to her as the Great Alpha. She had the white hair. She had even found the moonstone. It was under Seabrook power. She had stopped the demolition. Now it was time for her to become a werewolf.

The werewolves. First they had seemed scary and  rough. More beast then human. Now Addison knew better, they were family. They all cared about their pack and were loyal.

Willa, the werewolf alpha, had learned to trust Addison. She looked at Addison with her hard, mean look. She hated looking weak. She wouldn't show emotion around the humans and zombies.

Wyatt, Willa's brother and the beta of the pack. He was the most loyal, Addison thought, out of everyone. He gave her a encouraging smile showing off his fierce fangs.

Wynter was the siblings closest friend. She was the most different between her pack and others. Around others she was vicious, a hard edged werewolf. Around her pack, she was the loveable little sister wolf that everyone wished they had. She looked pale and worried. She would die next if the moonstone wasnt recovered soon.

Zed, Addison's  zombie boyfriend, looked at the ground ashamed of what he had done. He had stolen her neckless just because he didn't want Addison to be a werewolf. He had gotten in the way of her finding her pack. She didn't know how she would forgive him.

"Go on Addy," Bree said. Bree was Addison's best friend. She was always supportive unlike some people. Zed.

Addison took a deep breath. The moment of truth. This moment would define the rest of her life. She took the moonstone and placed it over her neck.

She felt heat from the moonstone on her skin. Quickly she turned around, her hand curved into claws. Her face in a scowl. "Am I?" She asked Bree hopefully.

Bree looked at her in pity. Addison knew something was wrong. "You're beautiful Addy, but the same beautiful you've always been."

"She's not a werewolf," Wyatt said to Willa. He looked devastated.

Addison couldnt believe it. She...there must be a mistake. It all felt so right. How could she not be a werewolf. She wasn't the great alpha. She didnt have a pack. She was alone.

Willa looked at Addison with her usual hard stare. It looked a little sad. She felt so ashamed. They all beileved in her. Werewolves weren't usually wrong.

A zombie worker ran up to Zed's dad. "Boss! Boss! We got a problem. The remote shorted out. Now the detonation time is running."

"Well shut it off." Zed's dad said.

"I.. I can't!" He held a square device in his hand and tried to turn a key to stop it.

"No! No!" Zed's dad ran towards Seabrook Power as if to somehow stop the charges.

Everyone followed him running as hard as they could. But they were to late. Burts of orange, red and yellow exploded. The roof fell in and covered everyone in dust.

"What have they done?" Willa said. Not angry, just shocked.

Everyone staired in horror. The start of zombie culture was destoyed. The moonstone crushed. The werewolves would die. Addison had killed them. It was all her fault.

As if on cue, the werewolves all started coughing. They cluched their now glowing yellow moonstones and leaned on each other. Their eyes turned a sickly yellow.

"Addison?" Zed asked. Addison couldn't turn, couldn't move. The moonstone was gone. The werewolves were sick, each second bringing them closer to death.

Addison hazily remembered her dad bring her home, the werewolves limping home to die, Zed asking if she was okay.

She lay in her bed in darkness too numb to cry or sleep. She had failed and now, her friends would die.
