This was me at one point so...Please take 30 seconds of your day to read this. Starving yourself isn't the answer. Why?Because 1) it doesn't actually make you skinny (in fact often times it makes you gain weight and has a lot of negative effects on your health) 2) even if it makes you "thin",it doesn't necessarily make you prettier and...3) If you don't accept your body the way it is now, you never will. No matter how you change it, you will always find a flaw in yourself. That's the way our minds work. Until we learn to love ourselves the way we are, we will always be bothered by imperfections, because they will always be there. Eliminate one and you'll find a new thing to hate about yourself. Learn to love your body the way it is, with all it's perfect imperfections. You're beautiful, don't let starvation take that away. So please, don't skip any meals today. Or tomorrow. Or ever.
