CHAPTER 13
"Congrats Anak!"
I went back to my senses nang maramdaman ko ang yakap sa akin ni Mom while Dad gave me a boquet of white and pink roses and kissed my forehead.
"You okay, sweetheart?" Dad asked, "Kanina ka pa parang wala sa sarili mo after ng performance niyo."
"I'm fine, Dad. Medyo hindi pa din po ako maka-get over sa ginawa namin," I lied dahil honestly, kanina pa ako ginugulo ng sinabi ni Demon.
Bakit siya nagsosorry? May ginawa ba siyang masama sa akin? I am really bothered. Hindi niya pa din ako kinakausap after our performance.
"Grabeng performance 'yon, Sissy! Nakakakilig kayo ni Sky! Naglalayag ang kalawakan sweetheart!" Mica giggled at mabilis ding akong niyakap.
"Nasaan ang Premium?" tanong ko kay Alice behind Mica pero she just shrugged kaya napabuntong-hininga ako.
"Congrats Emy!" She kissed my cheeks but I can't even let myself to feel happy dahil sa sobrang gulo ng utak ko.
"Any plans for celebration, nak?" Mom asked kaya bahagya akong napangiti to show her that I'm interested and excited.
“Parang nabanggit ni Andrew kanina na pupunta silang Bar sa BGC dahil may tugtog daw sila do'n. They even invite us. Ano, tara?” Alice clung her arm on mine kaya napalingon ako kay Mom and Dad.
“I guess tomorrow na lang tayo magcelebrate tatlo. Go with your friends muna, nak. Enjoy the night!” Dad patted my head as I nodded.
I want to talk to Sky. Gusto kong itanong kung para saan ang sorry niya dahil it sucks in my whole. Sobra akong naguguluhan and now na malinaw na sa akin ang nararamdaman ko, I want to clear things between us also.
“Don't worry, Tita, Tito, kami na po ang bahala kay Emy. Hindi po namin 'to hahayaan na malasing!” Mica said and pulled me with them papunta sa parking lot.
“Magkwento ka nga sa amin, Emy, anong meron sa inyo ni Sky, ha? Bakit gano'n na lang ang kilig moments niyo kanina?” tanong ni Mica habang pumapasok si backseat. I took the front seat while Alice took the driver's seat. She's our driver for tonight.
“Walang meron sa amin,” I answered casually dahil wala naman talagang meron sa amin.
“Seryoso!? Kasi kung walang meron sa inyo tapos gano'n na kayo, paano pa kaya kapag meron na?” Alice said, trying to focus on the road.
