CHAPTER 35

“Who's that!?”

I buried my face on the pillow when I heard a knock on the door. It's too early and I went to bed late last night dahil I prepared a gift for Demon. It's our monthsary.

“Ma'am, may deliver po kayo. Shopee po ito!” My eyes grew bigger when I heard his voice kaya I immediately stood up and almost lose my balance sa sobrang pagmamadali.

“Good morning!” I greeted him with a full smile.

“Good morning, Love!” bati niya, giving me peck on my cheeks. “I miss you!”

“Magkasama lang tayo sa shoot kahapon, ah?” I laughed at him. “I miss you! Wait up!” I get my gift for him at hindi ko mapigilang mapangiti. It's a crap book with our pictures from the very beginning to our latest photo with a caption sa bawat isa.

“Happy 8th Monthsary—”

“Hala!” He cut me off with his worried face. “Monthsary nga pala natin ngayon. I'm sorry, Love. I forgot,” He held my hand kaya mabilis na nawala ang ngiti ko.

“I'm sorry, Alien. I was too busy.”

Gusto kong maiyak sa sinabi niya. Nakakainis siya! Alam ko namang busy siya pero... busy din ako but I'll find time. He's not like this. I could clearly remember how we spent our monthsaries before and his efforts are in there. I don't believe him.

“I understand.” Pilit akong ngumiti sa kaniya with my tears falling from my eyes.

“Love, are you crying?” He lifted my chin up to check if I was crying kaya mabilis akong nag-iwas ng tingin. “Just kidding, Alien!” He hugged me and kissed the top of my head kaya mas naiyak na ako.

“Pwede ko bang makalimutan?” He wiped my tears away at kinuha sa gilid ng pintuan na human sized teddy bear, boquet of white and pink roses and also a cake.

“I love you, Love! Happy Monthsary!” He kissed me quickly and handed me the boquet of roses.

“Nakakainis ka! Pinaiyak mo lang ako!” He hugged me again and bury his face on my neck habang tumatawa.

"Sorry na. Napaka-imposible naman kasing makalimutan ko 'yon," bulong niya and it made me smile.

“Bahala ka diyan!” I rolled my eyes and bit my lower lip to stop myself from smiling.

“Sorry—”

“Shut you mouth up!” I pulled his collar to kiss him kaya napangiti ako nang hapitin niya ang bewang ko to deepen our kiss. “That's how I shut your mouth!”

“Shut my mouth again, Love. I'm loud!” sabay tawa niya.

“Abusado ka, ah!” I pushed him away kaya mas lalo siyang natawa.

“Where going to somewhere, Love. Bihis ka na!” He gave me a quick kiss bago nakangising lumabas sa pintuan.

I bit my lower lip to stop myself from smiling again before I went inside to finally prepare. I can't help but to feel excited because knowing Demon, he will never fail me.

I am wearing a white fitted off-shoulder top and gray maong pants with my beige stiletto and a white shoulder bag. I tied my hair in a high ponytail and leave some strands in front of my face. Pinartner ko lang ang suot ko sa suot niyang pink polo-shirt and gray pants.
