CHAPTER 37

“I love you.”

My smile grew bigger when I heard a familiar voice behind me. He hugged me from my back kaya napanguso ako dahil naka blindfold pa din ako hanggang ngayon.

“Can I remove the blindfolds? Ang daya niyo naman, e!” I put my tongue on the insides of my cheeks to stop myself from smiling. I honestly don't have any idea kung nasaan kami ngayon. It's been a long ride and could feel the fresh air on my face as the smell of the sea filled in my nose that excites me the most.

“We're almost there, Love,” Demon said at inalalayan ako sa paglalakad hanggang sa maramdaman ko na lang na iniharap niya ako sa kung saan. “Ready?”

“Kanina pa! Tanggalin mo na kasi!” reklamo ko kaya natawa siya. He squeezed my hand first bago dahan-dahan na tinanggal ang piring sa mga mata ko.

“Ang ganda,” bulong ko habang iginagala ang tingin sa buong paligid. Calatagan never failed me. I am standing now in front a red carpet that will lead me to a dinner set-up. Aquaria was just a perfect place to celebrate. I checked this place one time to plan for a vacation but my schedule was hectic. I don't know where did he got the idea. “Thank you, Demon,” I hugged his as tight as I could at ibinaon ang mukha ko sa dibdib niya.

My eyes grew bigger as the tears were already falling in my eyes again nang makita ko ang Ben&Ben na kumakanta sa tinaas ng mini stage. “Love....” I whispered in a low voice dahil I didn't know what to feel sa sobrang saya ko.

“Kay tagal
Ko nang nagiisa
Nandiyan ka lang pala”

“Can I dance the most beautiful woman that turned 20 today?” He sneaked his arms around my waist kaya nakangiti akong inilagay ang kamay ko balikat niya. “Happy Birthday, Love.”

“Mahiwaga
Pipiliin ka sa araw-araw
Mahiwaga
Ang nadarama
Sayo'y malinaw”

“Hindi pa nagsisimula ako araw ko, binuo mo na,” I rested my rest on his chest, feeling how blessed I was for having him. “You're one of the most beautiful thing ever happened in my life, Demon.”
