CHAPTER 25

Dahan-dahan kong binuksan ang mga mata ko when I couldn't feel the familiar feeling of my room.

My brows furrowed when I saw a white themed room. I held my temple and tried to remember what happened last night and the last thing I remembered was the collapse thing.

I stood up to check outside the room at bumungad sa akin ang mini living room and a kitchen. “Demon!” I called him pero walang nasagot. I opened the next door but I only saw an empty room.

I glanced at the window when I noticed na nandito pa din kami sa land ni Demon and he's talking on the phone under the yellow tree.

I went outside at nakita ko kung gaano kalaki ang kabuuan ng lupain niya. “Yes. Hahabol na lang ako this afternoon. I'm with Emerald, thanks!” He said and ended up the call.

I gave him a hug from his back and I feel better now. “Good morning!” I greeted.

“Good morning, Love. How are you?” He even checked my temperature and scanned my whole. “Pinagalala mo ako!”

“I'm perfectly fine, Love.” I smiled. “Ang ganda dito. Ang refreshing ng hangin and peaceful.”

“I can't wait to start and end the day with you here,” He messed my hair up and start pointing on the land. “Did you see that point?” I nodded when he start pointing and connecting lines on the land. “Diyan natin ipapatayo ang bahay natin.”

“Anong klaseng bahay ang gusto mo ipatayo?” I asked, smiling a mile big.

“Just a simple house. 'Yung may kwarto, kusina at salas lang para mas nagkakaroon tayo ng time with our future kids.” He shrugged.

“Thank you!” I hugged him from his side and rested my head on his shoulder. “Thank you for including me with your plans.”

“It's not just including you, Emy. It revolves around you!” He kissed the top of my head and start pointing again.

“That will be our garage, our kids playground, our swimming pool and of course your garden!” He laughed but I just stared on his face with contentment on my eyes.

“What?” He asked, smiling.

“I just didn't know that you have this kind of side, Love. I am used with you being cold and harsh!” My brows shot up as the side of my lips rose in amusement.

“You made me like this,” He simply said as he wrapped his arms around my waist and I wrapped mine on his neck. He swayed my hips like we're dancing on the melody of our own heartbeat. “So thank you. You gave me  light and direction. I found my new home in your arms and it feels so right.”

“I love how I can just look at you and be happy,” I smiled as I rest my head on his chest, still dancing.

“I feel like everything in my life has led me to you. My choices, my heartbreaks, my regrets. Everything. And when we're together, my past seems worth it. Because if I had done one thing differently, I might never have met you,” He whispered softly.

“I love you,” I said and words can't even explain how blessed I am right now.

“Thank you for loving me. I may be hard sometimes, but I love you. I love you so much.” He held my chin up and I could feel his lips into mine. “I am truly, madly and deeply in love with you.”
