Charlie's P.O.V.
It's been a day since mom yelled at me. Chloe is a complete female dog, sometimes I wish I could just get away. There's three knocks at the door making me adjust myself in bed.
"What?" I ask.
"I'm coming in." My mother's voice calls.
The door opens slowly and I watch my mom walk in. She closes the door behind her before sitting next to me.
"Honey, what has gotten into you?" She asks.
"What do you mean?" I ask back.
"Skipping school, riding on motorcycles, and hanging out with strangers." She says, counting on her fingers.
"Exactly mom, I haven't done those things before." I say, trying to make her understand.
"Yeah, your sister tried to convince you to go to school and you refused." She says frowning.
I can't believe her!
"No mom," I say, looking her in the eyes, "That's not what happened."
"You're making excuses." She accuses.
"Mom." I beg.
"No, I'm going, I don't want to hear of this again." She says standing.
I watch as she walks out the door and closes it behind her. My sister hates me, but I hate her too. What happened? We loved each other, we were so close.
"You lucky little whore!" I hear my sister call.
The door swings open and I see my red faced sister.
"Why didn't mom send you away?" She yells.
"What? How the-" I'm stopped.
"No!" She screams, "You're such a disgrace!"
I can't say anything, her screaming fills my ears.
"You're so lucky to have a sister as beautiful as me!" She claims, "But you're the most ugly person ever, I wish I was never related to you!"
"Chloe!" I yell.
"No! I'm done!" She yells, "Go away!"
I stand and push her out of my room. Her words, I'd gotten used to them. I hear them often, but no matter how hard I tried, I was hurt. They shouldn't hurt me, she's a horrible person. They did though, they hurt.
I lock my door and place my back against it before sliding down. Resting my head on my knees, I close my eyes and let my tears stream.
Oliver's P.O.V.
I hear Chloe yelling upstairs at her sister. The things she says are horrible. If I were to say anything I would regret it. No, she would make me regret it. I felt bad for her.
I pull out my phone and click on Cole's contact.
"Hey." Cole's voice rings through the speaker.
"Dude." I whisper.
"What the hell is going on?" He asks.
"I'm at Chloe's house." I say quietly.
"Why? You guys broke up." He says.
I roll my eyes, "Because she wanted to get back together."
"You're a little bitch." He accuses.
"Whatever man, I just wanted to see if you could get Charlie." I say glancing at the stairs.
I need to make sure Chloe doesn't hear me.
"What? Why?" He asks.
"Because, Chloe is yelling horrible things at her." I say.
"What? You know I'll be there but I don't want to." He says, confusing me.
"What?" I ask getting irritated.
"You're my boy, that's the only reason." He says.
I hang up when I hear footsteps coming down the stairs.
"Hey baby, the bitch shouldn't be a problem." She says.
I nod, "Babe, you're a little harsh, no?"
"Are you kidding? She ruined my life!" She screams.
Cole's P.O.V.
"She's a disgrace!" Chloe's disgusting voice squeaks.
I cringe at the sound. Walking in quickly, I speed up the stairs and open every door. when I open the fifth one, she's sitting on her bed with red eyes. I pause, she looks miserable. A part of me breaks at the site. She stares at me, furrowing her eyebrows.
"Cole?" Her voice cracks.
I nod, walking towards her. She stands and stares at me.
"Why're you here?" She asks.
"Just come with me." I say sighing.
She shakes her head, "No."
"What do you mean, No?" I ask.
"No." She repeats, "I'm not going."
"Cole!" I hear a voice call.
I look at her then back at the door.
"I'll be back." I say.
Turing, I rush down the stairs, confused.
"What?" I shout.
"Oliver left, could you take me?" Chloe asks.
I almost gag at her, "No."
"What?" She asks, "Come on, I know you want me."
"Get away from me." I demand.
"Why're you here then?" She asks.
"Charl- Oliver." I stumble. I'm here for my friend, not her.
She rolls her eyes, "Quit the act."
I ignore her and run back into Charlie's room, "Come now!"
She stands, looking scared, "Where?"
"Just for a little bit, with me." I say, ignoring her question.
She nods slowly before walking to me. I take her hand sucking in a sharp breath of air. Her touch.
I shake my thoughts and pull her out of the room and down the stairs. As we walk out of the door, I hear Chloe cursing. Holding back my laugh, I get on the bike.
"Today." I say, getting impatient.
She rolls her eyes and gets on. She couldn't be slower, I didn't want to be here anymore.
