The drive was smooth, as I always provided Bright directions to our house since he already forgot how to go there. Well, I think he just went there for about two times at least so I really can't blame him. Or maybe I can since it's his fault for cutting ties with me before? What an asshole, really.

Today, I let him drive his car since my mind is still on shambles due to the liquors I drank from last night. Gosh, I really need to control myself just so I won't spill too many beans! I really can't stop my mouth when I'm drunk.

Wait, is it why Adrian invited Bright because there are chances that I could confess?! What the hell! Wait and I'll confront those bastard!

"Metawin where do I go? You want us to get lost don't you?" My driver scoffed as he slows down the car. He really looks like he's lost now and it's funny.

"Sorry, turn left and go straight ahead Bright." I giggled as he turns the steering wheel to the left. We're actually almost there and I can't wait to see mom and dad today.

"Oh we're here baby!" Bright exclaimed and I can see excitement in his eyes as he recognizes our familiar gate. He's such a kid.

Bright parked in front of our house as I try to message my mom that we're here already. Well, just to inform her nonetheless. That's because she kept on bugging me awhile ago about our whereabouts. I think she's more excited to see Bright than her own son. Oh for goodness sake!

"Let's go baby!" Wow Bright, is this your house already?

I giggled as we both went out from his car and I immediately saw mom coming from the house. She's really giddy my gosh!

"Hi mom!" I said as I approached and gave her a tight hug.

"Hello honey. I missed you!" She said then passed over me and went straight to Bright who is now all smiles. Alright, he's the new son now.

"Good day, auntie." Bright said as he do a wai.

"Hi Bright! I haven't seen you for years!" My mom excitingly remarked and Bright chuckled. "Come let's go inside."

"Mom I'm still your son right?" I jokingly asked my mom and she laughed. Bright is smirking as he looked at me and I pouted. We now enter our house and I immediately feel how comforting it is when you're finally home. It is really my safe haven from stress.

"Hi dad!" I exclaimed as soon as I see him coming down from the stairs. He chuckled as he gave me a hug. "You look tired dad, are you alright?"

"Yes my son, it's just about work." Dad replied but I looked worried as he became thinner compared before I last saw him. "Hello Bright! Come let's eat." Dad remarked as he saw Bright beside me which made Bright smile happily.

"Hi uncle!" The person beside me exclaimed. We then went ahead to our dining room.

"So how's school you two? I heard you're already graduating after this semester Bright?" Mom asked as we're now eating our lunch. I once told my parents what Bright took when he transferred to a different course and they all asked me why he's not coming to our house anymore or even why we are not going out like we used to but I just told them, things happened. Well, it's the truth really.
